We can write down the Navier-Stokes equations for all of this, but in 3D one of the deepest open questions is still whether smooth solutions always stay smooth, or can break down in finite time. That is crucial because it asks whether the basic equations of fluid motion remain mathematically under control forever, or can form a true singularity where the theory itself breaks. Russia's Strategic Missile Forces, the Northern and Pacific Fleets, long-range aviation, and some forces from the Leningrad and Central Military Districts are involved. This combination makes strikes deadlier, even though Ukraine intercepts up to 90% of drones. In the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict, Israel's multi-layered air defense systems such as the Iron Dome, David's Sling, and Arrow 2/3 have achieved high but not perfect interception rates against Iranian ballistic missiles. The numbers still favor the attacker: defenders may have dozens of interceptors, but attackers can launch hundreds of targets. Air defense gives you better odds, not certainty. Every missile launched is a roll of the dice, and the math always catches up eventually.
