At 83, Vietnam veteran Shaun Byrnes was planning to be interned at Arlington National Cemetery when he died. But now Byrnes tells me he’s reconsidering due to President Trump’s push for a triumphal arch between the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington. He and two other veterans are suing to try and stop the arch from being constructed:
