Prosecutors say the 43-year-old also fired five to seven pellets from an airsoft rifle toward the federal building before federal officials arrested him a short time later. Arrabaca has remained in custody since his arrest and did not enter a plea during his initial court appearance. The New York City Fire Department (FDNY) reported that one person was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities said there were no serious injuries and no significant damage to the federal building.
