Watching it after not having seen it for quite a while it was shots like these that impressed me most. It's been talked about to death on here but in regards to blocking and staging shots it's genuinely frightening how good he is at it.

Yeah it really is….every single sequence is its own little masterclass in visual language

Its the best camera work and blocking that Spielberg has ever pulled of. Truly mesmerizing to watch and learn how to tell a visual story

Spielberg was really on fire during this 3-4 year period

I’ve posted this whole sequence before because it really encapsulates how his approach to coverage is not like other people’s.
