The HALO jump sequence in Fallout is such an incredible stunt but I feel like the feat is tarnished by throwing so much VFX in there. The minute Tom goes into the CG clouds the wow factor is just a little bit less. Which fucking sucks cause they worked so damn hard on this.

This was so well done. but nothing beats this scene from Catching Fire. the way it transitions to IMAX is 😮‍💨

Xavier Dolan did a nice one in MOMMY that's actually related to the story and the evolution of the main character instead of just being ''hey we shot this sequence in IMAX so check it out my dudes''.
