I'm 41 & don't really like what they stand for and the whole archaic system but from a fiscal point of view they more than fund themselves many times over.

Absolutely. Whatever the financial implications from the cost versus the benefits from tourism, they underpin a system built on priviledge based on birth that disadvantages the majority of us and makes a mockery at any attempt at making this country a meritocracy.

@aunty_shirley I’m quite neutral with the monarchy. Would rather you kept going for the Tories to be honest with you! I’d rather King Charles than President Boris.
