As a Jew who lost family in the holocaust this piece is absolutely touching in so many ways. Homage to those who survived and those who perished, and remembrance for all that occurred. Thank you & your students for doing this.

Your students are so lucky to have you as their teacher.

So many layers to this artwork, simply incredible! Wishing we'd had this awareness back in the day when I was in World Religions class. Heartwarming to see our future generation is armed with this knowledge.

What an amazing group of kids you have there! They will always remember what you taught them. I visited Dachau Concentration Camp at the age of 14 back in 1981 and you NEVER forget how you felt walking around and standing in the buildings gas chambers and ovens were.

Brilliant idea. I took World Religions twice in high school because I enjoyed the subject so much but we never did anything like this.

Well done! Thanks for your efforts.

Thank you so much - I have some great students

Tweets don’t usually make me cry. This is incredible.

Your class did it again!! I'm seriously so impressed that the class understands the seriousness of the events and applies them to the art. It's beautiful!

Incredible project and a wonderful way to learn. Thank you for sharing your piece and process. Thank you for teaching about the Holocaust (especially Canada's role) and today's very real antisemitism problem in Canada.
