And as someone who’s lived both extremes more times than I can count, I’ll say this with full honesty: The pain of discipline is ALWAYS better than the pain of regret. So here’s the good news… I get to use this moment as fuel. I get to document the entire climb back and show you exactly how I’m going to do it using the same systems I teach in G7 Coaching and the G7 Fitness App. No waiting for New Year’s. No “Diet Starts Tomorrow.” We start today. It’s Game Time. 💪🏾😤
