Hardly any of this is done online you cretin. It's done locally through word of mouth, phones and the community mobs. Stop using this as another opportunity to push for more censorship of social media.

You can't just blame the internet, most of these gang rapes happened before the kids even knew what social media was. Do a proper investigation across the whole country, arrest every one of the rapists, tougher prison sentences, deport the foreigners and any family members that said nothing. Also arrest all officials that allowed it to happen or failed to investigate. It will never stop if they know they can get away with it
