No ifs, ands, or buts. If you rape a child, you should face the death penalty. We introduced the Death Penalty for Child Rapists Act to make it law across the country. We also secured an amendment in the House-passed NDAA authorizing the death penalty under the Uniform Code of Military Justice for anyone convicted of raping a child. Child rapists do not deserve to live. And they certainly should not serve in our military.

This is deeply disturbing. At an age when this child should be in school, adults are making her perform sexually suggestive acts just to get views and engagement. A child cannot be expected to understand the consequences of being put on the internet like this. How far will some parents go for views? There has to be a line. This is not entertainment. It is exploitation.
