WhatsApp is working on a feature to share spoiler messages! The demo video is OUT! WhatsApp will make it easier for users to send messages that can hide sensitive content behind a blurred layer. The video shows the new formatting tool that will allow users to hide selected text as spoiler content before sending a message. Recipients would be able to tap the message to reveal the text. This would help people share messages without immediately exposing the details. The feature will also reduce accidental spoilers in group chats where not everyone wants to see the same information at the same time. It will be compatible with text messages and media captions. In the future, it may support photo and video content as well. The feature is under testing, and it will be available to beta testers soon.

I spent 2 hours of my Saturday reviewing hundreds of charts. These are the setups that stood out and what you should focus on this week. Software and healthcare are starting to catch a bid. Semiconductors are showing fatigue. The next rotation may already be underway. 📼 Video attached (8m 25s) $SNOW is breaking higher from a strong earnings base. $PANW is reclaiming 300 and looks ready for continuation. $LLY continues to show exceptional relative strength. Here’s the watchlist and recording: $SPX: Still trapped in a range. 7338 remains the key support. Holding it keeps the higher-low thesis intact. Below 7236 opens downside toward 7150. Above 7500 would be a strong signal that the pullback is complete. $QQQ: Showing relative weakness versus SPX. Holding the 50-day moving average for now, but a break below 700 could open a move toward 685. $IWM: One of the strongest indices right now. Watching 300 closely. A breakout could trigger a move into all-time highs and potentially much higher. $SMH: Starting to roll over. Unable to hold the 9-day moving average. Below 600 could open a larger pullback toward 550. $IGV: One of the most interesting charts in the market. Software finally caught a strong bid on Friday after weeks of selling. Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre has acknowledged that mainstream outlets, like CBC/Radio-Canada, act as mouthpieces for the Liberal government—pledging to defund the CBC. Meanwhile, the Liberals are doubling down on their propaganda machine. Heritage Minister Pascale St-Onge has even proposed enshrining CBC/Radio-Canada’s role as an official information source in law, while nearly doubling its per-capita funding. According to its own annual report, CBC/Radio-Canada received $1.4 billion in taxpayer funding last year. Under the Liberals’ plan, that could jump to $2.5 billion per year—money taken directly from Canadians, regardless of whether they watch or trust the network. David Lean explains how one can learn Filmmaking by watching movies and what constitutes a good movie: "Interviewer: Do you believe that the same principles are involved in making a good amateur film as a good professional film? David Lean: Absolutely the same. The only difference lies in the ambitiousness of the production, but a good film is good on any level, amateur or professional. Interviewer: Then you believe that the amateur can learn something about film technique from watching good professional movies? David Lean: Certainly, if he watches them in the proper way. Interviewer: How would you advice an amateur to watch a film in order to learn from it? For example, how would you advise the amateur to watch 'Bridge on the River Kwai' (1957)? David Lean: I would hope that he would be quite incapable of appreciating the technique of the film. I think that really good filmmaking conceals technique. If a film is really successful, the audience should be so caught up in it that they do not notice how it was made. Interviewer: Do you think then that to really study a movie you should see it more than once, the first time for impact and to enjoy it, and the second time to learn from it? David Lean: This sounds like a plug, but I think so. To really study a film you should have reached the point where you are no longer involved in the dramatic action. In a sense you must become bored with the story before you can study the technique. This has very special meaning to me: in the lobby of our hotel in Changchun, we just saw two of the original drums that were used for the opening ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Watching that opening ceremony back then from Switzerland is actually the very moment I started to see China differently, away from the cartoonish image almost everyone in the West has about the country. I remember the moment extremely well: we were in our living room watching the ceremony with my wife (then girlfriend) and she started crying. Now my wife is anything but an emotional person; in fact she's easily one of the most pragmatic and level-headed persons I've ever met. So seeing her cry, which I think was the first time in our relationship of 2-year back then, was a huge surprise to me. Why was she crying? Because to her that ceremony symbolized one thing: that China, her country, had finally regained its pride after about 200 years of unbelievable hardship. China finally held its head high on the world stage. And I bet a significant proportion of Chinese people watching the ceremony that day were crying too, for the exact same reason. This wasn't a political thing, my wife couldn't care less about politics, it was much much deeper than this: a very profound attachment to her country and people that transcends governments and systems, reaching into the very soul of Chinese civilization. And in that moment I also realized another thing, which hasn't left me since: I realized our pettiness at reducing China to simplified - and overwhelmingly critical - headlines and convenient narratives. I realized how we actually completely miss the deeply human story under it, of a people who endured colonial humiliation and devastating wars finally writing their own story again. I realized how shameful our condescension and all-too-easy judgements were, while failing to recognize the profound dignity in China's collective journey. That's the lesson this 2008 Olympics ceremony taught me: that nations, like people, deserve to be seen in their full humanity, not just through the convenient lens of our own self-serving narratives. #VRA has been bombarded with FUD posters for the past few days and we have seen the price of $VRA drop considerably. However you need to understand that Verasity | PLRL is going to continue to work on its business regardless of FUD, regardless of short term price action. VRA price action follows Bitcoin price action as does the whole crypto market. FUDDERs have a very small impact on a short term basis ! They go away when the market is up and price is going higher. They come back when the price drops and their unrealised profits go down. Verasity | PLRL has a relatively low cap and is subject to extreme volatility in either direction. It’s a player in a massive market of tens of thousands of different crypto token projects. It has to compete within the market and attract investors who see the potential for long term growth. This happens over time and we are not a project that has paid influencers shilling the token every few weeks so despite the recent FUD and despite the volatility in the market VRA staking is still remarkably full with only 0.5% available capacity at this moment. This shows that “Long Term” holders are still sticking with #VRA and are not going anywhere . They are patient and will allow the team to continue developing the project and growing their client base and delivering on the road map. The Tokenomics which is still the main source of FEAR UNCERTAINTY and DOUBT will eventually be resolved in a matter of weeks as we have been told thar testing continues with the new POV token chain and we will soon go into BETA Testing the new chain for POV. Sorry to talk more about this, but I felt it was important to discuss. Also, I am sorry I also sound so garbage, the flu is hitting hard. Scripted Captions: Hey. I need to talk about what happened yesterday, and honestly what’s been happening for a bit now, because it’s not only inaccurate… it’s starting to affect my ability to create. Also, I caught the flu, so if I sound rough, that’s why. Bare with me. And yes, this is scripted, because my brain is running on fumes and I want to say this clearly. First, thank you, seriously. To everyone who reached out, commented, sent dms, and just… reminded me I’m not crazy for feeling stressed, thank you. I’ve been trying to keep it together behind the scenes, and your kindness genuinely helped. Here’s what’s going on, as plainly as I can put it, my newer posts on Twitter are being reported for sexual content. My profile pictures on IRIAM are being reported and my IRIAM account has been getting reported. And the reason people keep circling is basically, my vtuber model has boobs and cleavage, and there’s a wardrobe detail on the model that is showing underwear lines. I want to be really, really clear here, I am a seiso creator. I don’t post explicit content. I don’t make sexual content. My streams and posts are not sexual. And yes, I understand that IRIAM’s current review guidelines can flag things like visible underwear details and certain levels of chest exposure, and that profile icons get reviewed even more conservatively. My honest take is I don’t personally agree with how strict that is, especially when the model I’m using is one IRIAM provided me through their system, but I’m not here to wage war with platform rules. I’m here to create so I’m adapting. I’m changing how I crop images. I’m changing what I use for icons. And I’m already working on my 2.0 so it’s clearly safe under the current standards, even if that means my 2.0 ends up less showy than I originally wanted. That part is frustrating. But I’m doing it anyway. What this feels like on the back end is targeted harassment. It’s exhausting, it’s time consuming, and it creates this constant anxiety of “is my account going to get hit again today?” “Am I going to get suspended?” Etc. And on top of that, there’s been misinformation being spread about me as a creator, and that part has honestly been the most draining. I’m not going to name names. I’m not here to start a dogpile. That’s not who I am, and it’s not what I want my community to do. But I am going to say this, using report tools as a weapon to punish someone you don’t like is not “protecting the platform.” It’s bullying. So here’s my boundary and my ask, if you don’t like my design, my vibe, my content, that’s okay. You can mute, block, scroll, disengage. No hard feelings. But please stop trying to take away someone’s platform because you personally don’t approve of their body type or character design. If you genuinely believe something violates guidelines, report it once and let moderation do their job. Don’t turn it into a campaign. That’s not accountability. That’s not “keeping things safe.” That’s just trying to control other creators. I’m going to be honest: this has made me pull back. I had plans to connect people, collaborate more openly, and build more bridges, I’ve even paused any work I had planned to do for the Unofficial IRIAM zine… and I’ve been more cautious lately because I’ve needed to protect my mental health. So if I seem a bit more skittish to work openly with creators going forward, this is the reason why. I still want all of us to succeed. I still want creators to support creators. It’s exhausting, it’s time consuming, and it creates this constant anxiety of “is my account going to get hit again today?” “Am I going to get suspended?” Etc. And on top of that, there’s been misinformation being spread about me as a creator, and that part has honestly been the most draining. I’m not going to name names. I’m not here to start a dogpile. That’s not who I am, and it’s not what I want my community to do. But I am going to say this, using report tools as a weapon to punish someone you don’t like is not “protecting the platform.” It’s bullying. So here’s my boundary and my ask, if you don’t like my design, my vibe, my content, that’s okay. You can mute, block, scroll, disengage. No hard feelings. But please stop trying to take away someone’s platform because you personally don’t approve of their body type or character design. If you genuinely believe something violates guidelines, report it once and let moderation do their job. Don’t turn it into a campaign. That’s not accountability. That’s not “keeping things safe.” That’s just trying to control other creators. I’m going to be honest: this has made me pull back. I had plans to connect people, collaborate more openly, and build more bridges, I’ve even paused any work I had planned to do for the Unofficial IRIAM zine… and I’ve been more cautious lately because I’ve needed to protect my mental health. So if I seem a bit more skittish to work openly with creators going forward, this is the reason why. I still want all of us to succeed. I still want creators to support creators. But I can’t keep putting myself in situations where I’m constantly being targeted. Right now, I’m handling things through the proper channels and documenting everything on my end. I’m going to keep creating, I’m going to keep being me, and I’m not going to let bad-faith reporting rewrite who I am as a creator. To everyone who’s been supportive, I appreciate you more than I can say. And I want to say this clearly one more time; you can disagree with a creator’s design and still behave like an adult. Bodies aren’t automatically sexual. And using reports as a weapon helps nobody, it just makes people afraid to exist. Please be kind to each other. The Tokyo Game Show was a humbling yet uplifting experience. We booked early and got a pretty decent sized booth in the middle of the main hall, hoping we could make some noise in Asia's most prestigious web2 game show... But the moment I arrived to the venue, it made me realize just how small Apeiron and web3 gaming still really is. We were surrounded by the giants of the industry, their sheer size, quality and scope are next level, and I genuinely feel like a bucket in an ocean.💧 I was also hoping we would have gotten more to show by this time as well, that our mobile game would be ready and the game economy would be blossoming. Sadly, it's quite the opposite, and it made me wonder if we are ready for such a big stage. But times don't wait and opportunities always come and go, so we'll just have to present the work we've done so far with the doodiest attitude and let the show go on.🙌 Each morning there would be a giant rush as early participants run through the venue to collect time slotted entry tickets from giant publishers to make sure they can experience upcoming AAA titles like Monster Hunter Wilds (MH is actually where Apeiron normal attacks are inspired from). Most of the giant booths don't actually give out much merchandise or ingame rewards, and the only real offer they have is for their fans to playtest the latest games, watch unrevealed trailers or take photos with cosplayers/mascots/diorama. Having been in web3 for a while, this is a good reminder that, out there, there is a massive and genuine love for gaming beyond incentives. And this is the intrinsic value of games that we hope to deliver🥰 After the initial rush, the traffick will eventually disperse and trickle towards other booths, I remember watching our line build up each day, finding different ways to attract passerbys to get a leaflet, to pre-register and to playtest our game, it took 2 hours to fill up the lines on the first day, and by the 4th day the lines filled up in 30 minutes. We got a pretty good strategy going, the models posed for a wall of photographers to block the path, while the mascot and plushies drew people in. big sword | Apeiron found it more effective to wave sealed packaged plushies instead of opened plushies to let ppl know it is actually something they can obtain and take away, small but very effective difference!🧸 Our line extended each day, and the booth was constantly surrounded by curious passerbys asking what game this is...what is the name of that cute mascot... when is it launching... After each playtest our Japanese community doods, such as mino.ron 🍊 who helped us man the battle stations would ask the player for their feedback, many of whom had to que for over an hour to try our game... and the feedback we got were very positive! The emotions I see on their face as they play the game, fighting the first boss and winning their first pvp matches... were all of genuine excitement and happiness. I watched a lot of gamers from around the world play Aperion for the first time, and I have to say this gaming nation really does pick up Apeiron faster compared to other regions, or hopefully, its because of the new tutorial we put in place.🤞 We were visited by many of the major booth's representatives, countless PR/Broadcasting outlets and a handful of mobile game publishers. A lot of them told me they were attracted to our booth's colorful design. We would mention the crypto elements of the game but most of the interest is centered around the cute dood, the colorful artwork and the unique gameplay. I literally got over 200+ business cards during these 4 days (though bulk of them are marketing agencies lol) and my email and telegram is absolutely flooded.💦 We may be a bucket in the ocean, and there is still a lot of work that needs to be done, but amidst the giants out there, the appeal of Apeiron is still here. Our uniqueness and quality is what sets us apart even amongst web2 peers. I don't know how much longer it will take for Apeiron to be ready to compete with the giants up there, but I know I want to be up there one day, and I have a target I really want to aim for.🎯 During those 4 days, while I was giving out flyers and waving plushies towards smiling japanese doods in real life, I was also messaging back in omega channel to a group of upset holders who were concerned with our token performance. It's quite a surreal and contrasting experience. But yes I understand the performance of our token and assets also stands in stark contrast to what we are trying to present in real life. But with all the lesson we've learnt in crypto over the past 3 years... is that we must be patient and conserve ammunition during market downturns. We have not sold any APRS since TGE, we have only been accumulating steadily, we will stage our comeback when the mobile game is ready, when we have the means to acquire and onramp retail users (i beleive this is the sacred duty of web3 games), and hopefully but not absolutely necessarily, with healthier market conditions.💱 We are so close now, and as cheesy as it sounds, its darkest before dawn, we have witnessed this in Apeiron's ecosystem before the Ronin migration, we will build, we will survive, and we will thrive. What's most important now, is to focus on creating the best gaming experience for new users coming in. Our closed mobile beta testing on google play will begin next week, together with a new bug report flow, we will need all the help we can get to eliminate those bugs and issues and more suggestions to help build a better Apeiron.🙇‍♂️

They explain that the company almost didn't get off the ground because they couldn't cash a check. The check was for $100,000. The part that stings watching this in 2026 is the rejection tour. Before starting Google, they approached existing search companies to sell or license the technology. They went to Yahoo. David Filo, one of Yahoo's founders, told them, "This is great search technology. Why don't you guys make a company, and maybe we'll use you someday?" They went to Excite. They went to InfoSeek. The office space around them is 30% vacant because the dot-com bubble just popped, but Google is profitable. Cuba, the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea, along with the Sea of Okhotsk and Taiwan, were among the locations of conflict scenarios visible on screens in the report showing PLA wargaming exercises. Despite closer economic ties with countries in the region, China has a minimal military presence in Latin America. But the fact that the PLA is modelling potential conflicts there suggests a shift in the Chinese military’s global ambitions. One screen in the report showed red and blue opposing unit “indicators” — represented by aircraft and ships — manoeuvring near the coasts of Cuba and Mexico. Some of the blue side congregated near Houston, Texas, and headed southeast into the Gulf of Mexico, while the red side was seen in the Caribbean Sea. In a typical PLA drill, the red side usually represents the Chinese military while the blue side is the enemy. During the CCTV report, a close-up focused on Cuba showed the lines of trajectory of aircraft and ships in the region in what was likely a simulation of a tactical operation.
