Whatever word you want to use, what we need to get to is the end result: ICE should not exist as it exists. And DHS should not exist as it exists. There’s no reason for DHS to exist. Immigration is a civil enforcement matter. It is not criminal. And that’s what people keep not understanding. It is a civil enforcement matter.
