it's been more than 10 years, right? since I was 14 to be exact. it's been more than 13 years now. during those 13 years with mark hyung I relied on him so much and learned a lot from him. when I was shaken or unsteady he kept me from falling apart. I've rarely let the members see me cry other than at concerts or performances, but there were times when I've called him over the phone while in tears. to me he's always been more than just a member. even though he's the youngest in his family and I'm the eldest in mine, to me, he really was my hyung ... truly. because he was more of a hyung than any other hyung, I depended on him a lot over those 13 years. I think that's why a lot of people were worried for me, since they know how much I relied on him, so I'm really really grateful.

🚨ZUCK: We had organizations looking into us that weren't even involved in Social Media. We had the CFPB looking after us. I didn't even know what that is. It's some financial institution that Elizabeth Warren set up. We're not a bank, what does Meta have to do with this? They came up with some theory and were trying really hard to make it work. I don't know how this stuff works -- is it a directive? A quiet consensus? It's tough to be at the other end of that. The US Government should be defending its companies, not at the tip of the spear attacking its companies. The EU has fined the tech companies more thsn $30B over the last 10-20 years. This is a EU wide policy for how they want to deal with tech, it's kind of like a tariff. The US Government led the attacks against their companies which gave permission for the EU and other countries to go after US companies as well. I think that the American tech industry is a bright spot in the US economy, it's a strategic advantage, and it should be part of the US' strategy going forward to defend that. I am optimistic about that with Trump, I think he just wants the US to win. At least in the US we have rule of law, you get your day in court, and we usually win, but other countries don't have that. If the US wants to remain strong, the US has to have a role in defending their tech."

This is real-time.. The debate about Nvidia's latest neural rendering tech is ongoing. One side sees the potential of the technology to bridge the gap across the uncanny valley, to give us a much less rigid creative process than a to b to c.. the other side shouts "slop" and tries to shame any creative who dares to explore this new technology, any chance they get. Meanwhile, I'm over here saying "I told you so".. Gen Ai is here to stay, its becoming real-time and Nvidia now has the "RTX on" for AI which I've been talking about for years. We need creatives to help shape meaningful tools that combine this tech with much more granular creative control.. with tools where you as an artist see your creative thumbprint from beginning to end in the parts of the work that matters the most to you. If you're shaming artists or storytellers who embrace these tools, you're doing them a disservice in my opinion. If they don't learn to utilize these tools and workflows, to make them their own and to shape them, others will. There's no way this tech won't be a huge part of the creative industry and of the way we tell stories. It's happening around us as we speak. That said, at the core of it, do what makes you happy and create in any way you like. Don't let people tell you that "you can't do this" or "you have to do it like this".

The Text Me Back script is finished! 🥳🎉 This is probably the biggest achievement of my life. I have been through so much over the past year, and especially the last three months haven't been easy. But I kept pushing through even when it hurt because when you do, you make sure that one day it'll get easier. I'm so proud of this script. I've been writing novels and screenplays since I was a young teen, on and off, some years more off than on, but I've always kinda felt that my execution didn't live up to my ambitions. But this time, it's everything I wanted it to be and more. In fact, I'll say that it's better than I ever thought it could be. Of course, that's my extremely biased opinion, but I hope that you'll enjoy it just as much as I've enjoyed writing it. Well, that depends on the execution of the actual gameplay too, but I'm confident. I always say that if somebody else can do something, so can I. So, since the first Life is Strange is pretty close to what I want to do gameplay-wise, it's already been done. There's proof it's possible, and so it will be possible for me too. Now, I'll spend the next few weeks polishing the final episode. There are still some things I'm not fully satisfied with. Episode 5 is still a first draft. (I'll also share the final word count at that time. I'm a sucker for word counts.) So, after a couple of weeks, I'll finally start really getting into making the demo, and hopefully, this page will get more interesting as I can start to show things. Don't expect the world right away, but it'll get more and more exciting as we go. I promise. Thanks to all of you for sticking with me through this long writing process! PS: For the voice actors: I'll start sending out the full, finished scripts by the end of July. We lost a legend today. Ozzy Osbourne was infamous for his antics, but I think sometimes he didn't get enough credit for being a REALLY GREAT singer and songwriter. His voice is top- notch in the realm of rock/metal voices. I've been a fan from the first time I heard No More Tears as a child (and then discovered everything else after that). Not only was he iconic, but he always had an iconic guitar player as well, all of them. I spent a lot of my formative years listening to this music and trying to emulate it on violin. Over the years, I've covered a number of Ozzy or Black Sabbath songs. Today I'll share them throughout the day in tribute. Deep Desert has had a lot of really exciting moments this past week. These guys tried taking out our assault thopter packed with spice on the way back to the mainland and tried to raid our outpost. This guy lost a lot in the end. That all being said, I'm concerned about more casual players being able to reach Tier 6 tech and being forced to pvp for it. Some servers are pretty scary. I think instanced but very challenging dungeons with a cache of T6 nodes at the end would be a good solution. They have the framework with the world map for things like this and it could work well. I only mention "instanced" dungeons because I've seen how trivial PVE content became in New World with open world end game chests and resources. People would do world tours and zerg it all down. I love PVP and the Deep Desert has been great, but I'm concerned casuals will gas out getting tech locked and being forced to PVP for a taste of Tier 6 research recipes.

OPINION: How bad is the tech reviewer market? You have mainstreamers literally angry at their viewership for not watching product or tech videos that they can't possibly afford the product in it. I am researching PC parts to update my build. I start watching reviews and a surprising amount came to light - - Tech market is in shambles thanks to a considerable number of things well ahead of the consumers. - If you think inflation is bad on the food shelves, take a look at the tech industry. - Some tech reviewers have started a mental collapse because they got used to the high life. Reviewing only kit for the rich. And now they are mad that viewers have stopped watching. REACTION TO CLIP: My thoughts on this and a reaction to one of the mainstreamers in the attached video. -What the reality is, is that tech reviewers have lost touch with the fact that the U.S people are struggling to make ends meet. - The last thing we want to see, is whining because we didn't make it to your sponsor clip to make you money. - When whining about viewership, it's a known fact that you don't drag a competitor that is doing better than you to whine about how you should be doing better. It shows underly pride issues. Just because you get to the top doesn't mean you can just lose touch with your actual tech base. -Most of these tech reviewers got big because they remembered the little guy. The reality is, for these tech reviewers, that's boring. Why do that when corporations are sending out thousands of dollars in kit meant for only the top percentile of consumers. It's fun to play with the latest modern tech. But when a consumer can't afford it, it just gets them depressed. So, these reviewers start laying on the guilty and blame, which drives away even more viewers. FINAL THOUGHTS: I purposely left out some of the more immature things. I really enjoyed Linus and learned to build a PC many years ago thanks to him. But I see a downward spiral happening for these mainstreamers that have gotten wealthy off of the tech market. Markets shift. I don't know what else to say. But it was defeating to see what I considered to be one of my main goes to people lash out and say that we are ignorant if we don't watch his reviews. That a large majority are buying parts without watching or reading reviews. Thats simple not true. The Tech YouTube market is saturated now. That's not the consumer's fault. Might of found a way to use this mechanic in comp. I've seen people do this on the floor a couple times but not really on the wall in this way. I do think this could be used in comp because of the sharp change in trajectory of the ball and it could seriously bait out players. Not to mention it can be done on any part of the wall so even off the ceiling. I'm already getting fairly consistent at it on one side and I've practiced it for a day. It feels like doing the breezi flick for the first time but this could be a more practical mechanic. If it can be done on command consistently it has ridiculous potential for passes and other stuff Not saying this is a new mechanic btw nor is it guaranteed to become meta but I love the idea of seeing innovation and new things in the game because there isn't much of it these days so I hope people aren't closed minded about it. Would love to hear opinions on it

This is Siemens SGT 400 gas turbine. It can produce up to 12mw of power. Power that is essential to live - a human right basically. Look at it. It costs several million dollars. This is the tax developing world pays to Germany. What is in this thing that it can't be manufactured locally ? Ask yourself. Why is it so hard to replicate ? Is it always going to be like this ? We are in 2020s now. How about 2030 ? Do you think this will be manufactured locally in 2030 ? I don't think so. Software Tech is easily replicable due to the culture of open source. Manufacturing has no culture of open source. For right or wrong reasons. So even after 100 years of inventing this, most of of the world is still trying to figure out how to replicate this. And I think it will take 100 more years at this pace. Also, 2 decades of our smartest building ad software has resulted in this tech not moving forward. Everything in core hard tech is imported - turbines, machinery, electronics - you name it. So young smart people seeing this - please go and design this and make this cheaper. It's not just about India. The entire developing world needs this cheaply.
