me looking down on all those with hay fever knowing I’m blessed and highly favoured and not allergic to pollen 😂 my mum has SO many nasal sprays and none of them work

So I tried this and am now blind. Sea water in my eye 🫣

Also tells you in the instructions 🤷🏾‍♀️

The eye drop technique you are basically asking for an infection

i dont know about the head down part. my GP said to hold the other nostril close while having the spary slightly canted towards the inner part of the nose. spray and DO NOT INHALE. if you find it its not quite getting up there you can pinch shut and lean head back a little
