In a recent interview, Eminem has opened up about ongoing tension with Dr. Dre over ownership of Shady Records. “I’ve been asking for a bigger ownership share in Shady Records. We co-founded that label back in 1999, and I’ve been a major force behind its success for over 25 years. I feel I deserve more control. I’ve carried a lot of the weight for this label over the years. The artists, the success, the longevity I’ve put in the work. But Dre doesn’t see it that way. He acts like he’s already been more than fair, but the truth is he always wants to keep the power to himself. People see Dre as this wise, calm mentor figure, but behind closed doors he’s controlling and selfish when it comes to business. You can say what you want about the current Vision Pro hardware, but you won’t change my mind: Personas are the future of telecommunication. They’re resistant to catfishing, always safe for work, and hit a perfect sweet spot: you’re not forced to turn on a camera if you’re uncomfortable, but you still get far more emotion and presence than just voice. With them you always look good, have perfect lighting, and have full control over the background. Over the past year I’ve met over 100 new people with whom I played games, watched movies, worked, and just hung out, always having far more fun than I’ve ever had on a traditional video call.

First time doing the Swiss bar bench press in many years. Starting on the lighter side and will be gradually adding more weight over the coming weeks and months. Rebuilding my shoulder and getting it as functional as possible has been one of the greatest challenges I’ve ever faced, but I’ve never stopped. It’s been 10 years, and I continue to get better, stronger, and more capable. I have no regrets. I’ve avoided a shoulder replacement, I’ve avoided surgeries, and most importantly, I’ve refused to give up on myself. To anyone out there who has given up on themselves, I genuinely hope you find the strength to pick yourself back up and keep going. Progress doesn’t always happen quickly, but it does happen for those who refuse to quit. And that’s the last bite. Feed Me More!
