I’ve been going on with life as usual since 2017 never knowing that I’d hurt Rashard Mendenhall, never knowing how my words poured salt into an already painful wound. Today Rashard told me how my comments about his Super Bowl 45 play crushed him. So many of us never... get an opportunity to look into the eyes with people we harm, & even less are given the chance to recognize there wrongs. Thankfully, Rashard gave me that chance. I saw the pain in his eyes, felt the hurt in his words, & appreciated the grace it which he told me. Again, I’m sorry brother. I never should have cut you. I admire the way @R_Mendenhall confronted this with you directly. Honestly, that’s like play tape for how to handle oneself like a grown up. I’m gonna show this to my sons and tell them that’s how you handle telling someone they did or said something you didn’t like or that hurt your feelings. I honestly can’t put into words the feeling I’ve had all weekend. It’s been so overwhelming to have felt accepted & wanted in a community of people that I hold such a big place in my heart for. I don’t know how many have seen me since I started but all I’ve wanted to do is show those people who have supported me & gave me the opportunities that their faith in me will never feel be taken for granted. You’ve seen me since I was a young 18 year old kid doing flips in the Res Gal as “Dark Britannico” to this moment. Thank you for just letting me go on this incredible journey of growing up in front of all of you. I give you every last piece of me to continue flying the flag for this country.

From a hospital bed to the TEDx stage 😝 What I did was I traded my “limiting abilities” for a limitless perspective. 🙏🏽

Dear Everyone, The last few days have been hell. Losing Kiyo has not been easy and I’m not ok. Kiyo gave me the best time of my life. The level of joy you brought into my word and any space he was able to exist in was incomparable. Kiyo was my lover, my best friend, and my truth. He truly saw me for who I was and I saw him for who he was. I didn’t just love him, I believed in him, prayed for his victory. I cared for him. Who would have thought that bringing back a piece of Tupperware would invite me into the world of the purest, kindest soul in the world. Kiyo would do anything for anyone. He was my hero and I was his. We both kept our capes on for each other whenever we needed to save the other person. I am grateful that I got to experience a love like his. I am grateful I got to spend some of the best moments of my life with him. I am grateful that even I grieve I still feel his warmth and care. Kiyo taught me be more patient and understanding and no matter how we came into this world and no matter how bad the world treated us, it doesn’t give us the right to exact that same unkindness to others. He loves animals, anime, a good meal, Steven Universe, a really inappropriate joke, and you never had to guess how he felt about you. As he was goofy he was charming. I still feel his hands interlocked into mine and he was fearless. He loved like no other man I have met in this world could. The first night we reconnected he gave my cat Patrick the middle name Bayard. He gave me first Christmas full of love and laughs. The first man in my life to actually pay attention to me and surprise me with gifts that he knew I would love and were true to who I was as a nerd. Anytime I could get it, I was with him. He had full access to my home and my heart. To Mike and Rico thank you for always being there for him and caring for him, Mike you coming into town in March really lit him up. First time I got to dance with him. Rico thank you for taking him to there museum. He loved every moment of it. All he could do was rave about how much made his day. To Tony, his wife and his gaming community on Destiny 2, thank you for being patient with my baby and giving him space to be man that he was and to his Dad and his brothers. He loved y’all more than you know. All he wanted was for y’all to be ok. And to all his true friends and loved ones know that he always thought of y’all. I will never say goodbye to Kiyoki-D’Andre Marcel Toliver, I will say see you later because no matter where you are I know you are watching me because what we had was Immortal. As I grieve I will try to give any notice on his memorial service which will be in NYC because his grandmother sent him here to find the best version of himself and I know he truly did. I want to share this video I made months ago because I was so proud of the man I had. I want to share also the last video he took of me before we went to Brooklyn Comic-Con. When I was first becoming a Christian, it was a sermon by Voddie Baucham on YouTube that explained to me the doctrines of grace in a way that I could understand. It's a moment I'll never forget. Then I learned Voddie's story. I made this reel to remind myself and others what God can do. He can deliver us from nothing, and so we owe Him everything. Even the air in our lungs, which He can take away in an instant. I wouldn't be the man I am without Voddie's wisdom and voice. I'm devastated to continue on without him and to have never gotten the chance to thank him. But now Voddie has earned his eternal reward for all he's done for me and so many others. Glory to God. And thank you, brother. ✝️

Intelligence agents showed up at my door late last year. I told them to leave. They proceeded to call me from anonymous numbers repeatedly. Contacted my gym. Told me they wouldn’t go away unless I “built a relationship with them” as an asset. “Your audience will never know” Returned to speak with me multiple times claiming they were giving me “last chances” before they threw me to the wolves. They told me that the courts wouldn’t care if I was actually guilty or not. That essentially someone had to take the fall and I could ensure it wasn’t me. It was repeatedly implied to me that: “You’re smart you know it’s not what’s true that matters it’s the perception” I was made to believe there was a potential arrest coming. Made to believe I could never travel to the US again without being arrested by the FBI. Made to believe I might not be around to see my child grow up. None of these things were true. I can enter the US without issue. I was never arrested. I did nothing wrong. I was psychologically manipulated for months in an attempt to turn me into a government asset. We have one party consent in Canada, and I believe it is in the public interest for people to understand how this works, as I know I’m not the only one. I have nothing against the agent. He was just given instructions and a job. But I have no doubt if his job were to destroy my life and try to jail me based on “perception” not “truth” he would do it.
