I've always believed there was sort of a magic frame where zangief is able to capture guile while he throws a boom. Pretty sure this can be applied to all of the fireball characters. I think i've found it lol.

I've been seeing a few teams utilise this new 'staircase boost'. It allows you to get on top of a standing player without double jumping (and revealing your position), as well as allowing you to essentially jiggle peek on 2 different heights. Lots of spots where it can be really useful. Cool that players are still working out new tricks every day.
