The last time congress “declared war” was December 8 1941 after Pearl Harbor. There isn’t a war going on right now anywhere between the USA and anyone and hasn’t been for 85 years.

To be fair half the stuff they’re hitting are things they already hit and are broken and unusable anyways. The pile of scrap next to the airport was a good example. Satellite photos show none of that stuff has moved in over a decade. But it’s gone now. Thank goodness. I think they’ve started to run out of decent targets. It's all a guise the real goal was to strip China of 44% of their oil imports at cheap like 10-15$ a barrel I heard. And that's the actual number that's being reported now. Factor that in with Venezuela and the Gulf of America clearing that out It kind of all makes sense.
