My new go-to: weighted walks! Don’t sleep on the power of a weighted walk. It’s low-impact and easy on the joints, but it hits hard when it comes to burning fat, building strength, and leveling up endurance. I’m wearing 50lbs. 30 in the vest. 5 on each leg and arm.
