Weighted vest turn everyday activities into workouts — You can wear a weighted vest while walking the dog, doing laundry, vacuuming, or climbing stairs. This “passive” resistance makes your muscles and heart work harder without needing a gym, turning normal movement into calorie-burning and strength-building time.

I’ve been gone for a while. This year I’ve decided to start eating right, hit the gym, cut sodas out of my life. My energy has never been so high before. I won’t be back in the gaming scene but here’s an update on life. Gonna keep pushin.

My new go-to: weighted walks! Don’t sleep on the power of a weighted walk. It’s low-impact and easy on the joints, but it hits hard when it comes to burning fat, building strength, and leveling up endurance. I’m wearing 50lbs. 30 in the vest. 5 on each leg and arm.
