I've been working on this exit animation and it's quite tricky to get right. The hardest part is, surprisingly, the z-index. I learned a neat trick from Matt Perry today that made it so much easier!

I've always been a big fan of Freeez's I.O.U. It's one of those records that helped shape dance music without a lot of people even realizing it. 🔥 So when KRYDER, The Young Punx and I started working on AEIOU, the goal wasn't to recreate an '80s classic, but to build on what made it so special and turn it into something that feels fresh on today's dancefloors. I've been playing this one out for a while now and it's always been a lot of fun to see the reactions. AEIOU is out this week on Heldeep Records 😎❤️

multi-turn RL and the "tito" problem keeps coming up. we've been working on it for a while, and the takeaway is that it's much easier than people are making it. it takes 1 implementation rule, and 1 chat-template property that all models already comply with. **that's all you need to do it right**

Anthony Kim has been working with golf coach Matt Killen, who has previously worked with Justin Thomas and Tiger Woods, and the main issue affecting consistency last year was his alignment: “Yeah, since I've been back playing golf, my shoulders have been right, my feet have been further right. So, I'm just trying to see my target before I hit the shot. “I've had a few people help me with the setup of golf clubs, but I’m really not working too much on my golf swing, just working on my setup. And if I can get that squared away, I know I can hit a lot of good shots.” AK was practicing down the range before every round on the Asian Tour last year using alignment sticks and doing a little shimmy to get the feels right. The swing is clearly still as pure as it’s always been and sometimes, it just takes getting the basics right to take the game to a new level. Now he’s a winner again after 16 years 👊

I'm seeing a lot of people saying it is just a bad upscaling instead of Gen AI, but it is indeed Gen AI animation. There are things going on in it that just don't make any sense for puppet animation. Here are some parts that make it clear, I slowed down the video so it's easier to notice the chunky parts. I checked the past ADs and it's possible to notice details (from an animator's POV) that are common and make sense for human work, so it was definitely a choice to use AI on this new AD

All done ✔️ Finally able to have a much needed drink and a bite to eat (been nil by mouth aside from water). Now comes the hardest part, the “scanxiety” wait. It’s always a strange feeling, relief that the scan is over, mixed with the familiar anxiety of what comes next. Thank you so much for all the support today, it truly means the world 🩷

3. Dax Hill had multiple pass break-ups today. He says the team’s much-improved pass rush is helping the secondary. “We definitely love that,” said Hill. “It makes it a lot easier for us. You know that the quarterback only has a certain amount of time to get the ball out. So I feel like they’ve been doing a great job so far of applying pressure and making life easier for us.”

I remember working on this shot early in the morning before work, and one day when the rough #animation was complete, I went to open the file and it was corrupted. By some miracle I was able to get it working again, but I think this took me the better part of a week to animate.
