Not on my watch. I have introduced the Open Bench Initiative to bring full transparency to South Carolina's judicial ethics system. South Carolinians have a right to know which judges are handing down sentences like this one and how many times it has happened before. Hold the line.

Corruption is the problem. Transparency is the cure. In South Carolina, lawyer-legislators are hand-picking the very judges they appear before in court. That is not justice. That is a conflict of interest, and it has gone on long enough. Not on my watch.

South Carolina “Republican” Attorney General candidate David Pascoe David Pascoe’s is a lifelong Democrat with Democrat donors. The South Carolina GOP Primary Attorney General debate took place tonight. One of Pascoe’s donors is Dick Harpootlian Dick Harpootlian, a Democrat lawyer who represented Hunter Biden when he sued people for libel who accused him and his father Joe Biden of playing a key role in Barack Hussein Obama’s decision to send pallets of cash to the regime of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Dick Harpootlian is also the former Chair of the South Carolina Democrat Party. He recently said Pascoe “would be an extraordinary attorney general.” It should be obvious to everyone that Pascoe is a Democrat who is cosplaying as a Republican. He only decided to become a Republican when he launched his campaign for Attorney General in South Carolina. He endorsed Joe Biden over President Trump and refers to Biden as, “the most decent man I know in politics”. 🤡 No serious Republican is friends with anyone who defends Hunter Biden and Joe Biden. Does South Carolina really want an Attorney General who has been soft on the Biden crime family?

Impeach corrupt and activist judges. If you coddle criminals, refuse to enforce immigration laws, and go soft on crime, you do not deserve to be in charge of justice in this country. The American people are tired of a two tiered justice system. They deserve a system actually working for them, judges who follow the law, and consequences for those who do not. Judges who refuse to do their job need to be removed.

We see it all across the country. We have a problem with judges.” The legislative branch needs to grow a spine and check this runaway judicial branch. Impeach the ones who derelict their duty. States can do the same. Enough is enough. And shoutout to Tim Sheehy for stepping up with the JAIL Act, legislation that lets victims and families bring civil actions against judges who release dangerous criminals on bail… only for them to go out and commit more crimes.

The justice system in South Carolina is BROKEN. Victims of domestic violence can't get trials. Sex trafficking is up over 400%. Convicted pedophiles are being let out of jail with no time served. Criminals with RAP sheets listing over 30 violent crimes are walking free to murder or reoffend. NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT ANY OF IT.
