Oh that’s why he mentioned it during the live from March 3rd😕 🦊 From after No Labels Part 1 ended, through awards season up until now… it honestly has been pretty hard. I’ve kind of been struggling the whole time 🦊 How should I say this… I had burnout come and go a few times and these days I’ve had a lot of worries and a lot on my mind but my thoughts wouldn’t organize themselves, that’s why I’ve been talking with a lot of people and listening to them and while doing that, I’ve been sorting out my thoughts little by little. I’ve also been facing parts of myself that I used to avoid or couldn’t look at 🦊 While doing that, I feel like these days I’m recovering little by little in a healthier and cooler way and since I know that this kind of pain can also be meaningful, in a way it feels like a positive kind of pain so I think it’s okay 🦊 If I get the chance, I’d like to talk about it in more detail someday 🦊 Anyway, those are the thoughts I’ve had

⭐️: What am I into these days? These days? These days, I kind of just… I think I’m living in a sort of "no‑thoughts" state. I don’t really have emotional ups and downs, just… I'm calm. I kind of, I don’t really know my feelings these days. It’s not like my emotions are going up and down a lot or anything, but then, when I met a friend of mine and we talked I realized I actually have more worries than I thought. But I also wonder if I just didn’t have the space to talk about them. So, on one hand... I don’t know if I have a lot of worries or if I just don’t have thoughts. With work, work is busy too but sometimes I even wonder if I’m actually busy. Because when you do so many schedules… you don’t really feel it. Like, maybe I am really busy but I just can’t feel it. No, It’s not a slump. It’s pretty far from a slump. A slump is when work doesn’t go well and doing things feels hard, but I’m not like that. When I work, it’s fun and exciting, I just don’t really have emotional highs and lows. So I wonder if maybe this is actually a good thing?That’s how it is. I don’t think you need to worry about this, but actually, I did have a lot of worries and concerns… I just didn’t realize I was worrying about them? Yeah. "Maybe it’s because you haven’t had much time to take care of yourself?" No, but I think I’m actually the type who takes care of myself pretty well. Ah, recently I’ve been going to the sauna alone pretty often and I’ve had some time to think while doing that. But as I continue getting to know myself, I just want to say - and I’ll say this clearly - I have absolutely no intention of starting a brand or selling anything at this point. Not even a little bit. Right now, I just see this - working and designing - as another way of expressing myself. That’s all it is. At least for now, I don’t have any plans beyond that. So I know there are people who hope I might do something more with this, and on the other hand, there may also be some fans who start to wonder, “Is he planning something?” - and maybe feel a bit uneasy about it. Because it could seem like I’m taking on too much or not focusing on my main work. But I’m very aware of that myself, and honestly, I don’t want that to happen. I really don’t. So to be clear - I’ll say it firmly - I don’t have any such plans right now. It all started simply because I wanted to try wearing clothes from different brands, and eventually, I thought, “I want to wear what I want,” or “I want to create something I’d like to wear.” That’s the situation I’m in. That’s not the case at all. I’ve just been adding that mark to the clothes I make because I think it looks nice, and it kind of makes it feel like it’s mine. That’s really all there is to it. To be honest, I do want to make a tag eventually, but the design isn’t fully clear in my head yet - I haven’t figured it out. So for now, I’m just using the logo that’s in my mind. And honestly, it’s not like I’m trying to hide anything or doing something secretly behind my members’ backs. I just wanted to talk about it openly and put it out there. Because that way, I can really have fun with it. And if our ATINYs say, “Oh, that looks nice,” then I can just feel happy about it as it is. And even if I end up making something that doesn’t turn out so great sometimes, if ATINYs say, “You made that?” - even that, I can just laugh and enjoy it for what it is. So that’s what it is. Proudest accomplishment of 2023, I’ll go first. In the world of ultra running- this is not all that special. But in my world it was the full circle of the journey from boy to man. It’s the kind of thing that even as you commit to doing it, even as I laced up my shoes I didn’t know if I was ready. It just seemed so massive and daunting. When I first took up running I was a skinny kid with stick legs that couldn’t run for more than half a mile before I had to stop and walk. But I was so damn inspired to change my life. You can do pretty much anything if you’re too stubborn to stop. 2023 was the biggest year of my life so far in a lot of ways. But these 33 hours will be some of the best of my life til the day I die. No test. No testimony baby. Bring on 2024 🎉🎉🎉

I feel the goal of the work would become wishy-washy if I tried to please the followers, I can’t. I create my work on a global scale, for the majority of audiences. What I think about goes beyond that - the story has to be good, the actresses have to perform well, and the production has to look polished and beautiful. my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. A lot of us can feel like our lives are insignificant. We can feel like we have no purpose, so what is there to live for? The inexplicable darkness inside our heads can consume us. It can make it hard to get out of bed in the morning, force us to cancel plans, or back out of opportunities last minute. This song was written as a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and that the world is so much bigger than me. In the past my art has been about highlighting the pain and letting the world know that it is there, in order to relate to others but now I want to beat it. This song is a gateway to where my new music is heading. Embracing the light, realising what’s beautiful in the world and fighting the darkness - not wallowing in it. It’s about getting out of your head and noticing the world around you, the things and people. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time and life potential. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself.
