That is a ride on flooring machine. Battery powered. It steers like a tank and the flooring shoves you all around. If you are not experienced you can really destroy things or hurt people. Thats blade is sharp. It is very difficult to be precise. Some of these machines are upwards of $50k and weigh around 3k pounds. More experienced drivers can run straight lines.

Used to ride one of these to remove asbestos laden mastic. Actually fun to tool around on for the day. Definitely better than most jobs we did.😁

I used to do that on my walker riding mower, when I would be running on a long stretch of grass, when I did lawn care. It was so fun. I loved that job. It was hard but It was gratifying, I got paid to stay in shape & had a good tan (farmers but still😉) I always had a good time
