4 months strong. I am sitting at 190lbs. Hit a reefed today. Macros (daily) 180-190grams of protein 180-190grams of carbs Less than 60grams of fat Peptide stack: Retatrutide: 5mg weekly Tesamorelin: 2mg every morning (I used to take it every night but in the morning works best for me) MOTS-C: 9mg (split dose, 3mg mon wed fri) BPC-157: 1mg every night Still need to drop 20lbs. Can barely see my abs but my goal is mobility. I been in the gym for four months after being away from the weights / gym for four years. I train 4-5 days a week. I take no energy back home with me. I train until failure and I love negatives. I don’t feel an age over 30 since being on this peptide journey.

Zkittlez x Animal cookies bx2 f3-this one right here is my selection in the f3 line. I used her for the f4 line to stabilize her traits further. To me, she is the best of the line I’ve found so far. Her flavor exceeds Malibu and any Z cross I’ve seen. Stay tuned to see what I do with this lady. 🙏👊

I’ve received many questions about applying this to real firearms, so here’s my answer. Firearm ownership is restricted in Japan, but ballistic data is publicly available, so the system includes profiles for several handgun and rifle rounds—purely as a joke. Examples include 9×19mm , .45 ACP, 5.56mm NATO, and 7.62mm NATO. When switched to “live-ammo mode,” the ballistic engine switches to a completely different calculation and renders trajectories up to 2,000 meters. That said, I’ve never actually used it, so whether it’s accurate is anyone’s guess.

This is another joke from my first live at the Apollo. As a club comic from 2000 - 2013 I wrote a club set of bankers like this that I later used on Mock the week and Live at the Apollo. There were all in my first two specials. Since then I’ve written and toured plenty more. My fourth tour will be released as a special later this year. My third tour was ended by the pandemic but im salvaging old clips and re recording bits and bobs. My fifth tour is happening now. I think it’s my best jokes yet.

You can say what you want about the current Vision Pro hardware, but you won’t change my mind: Personas are the future of telecommunication. They’re resistant to catfishing, always safe for work, and hit a perfect sweet spot: you’re not forced to turn on a camera if you’re uncomfortable, but you still get far more emotion and presence than just voice. With them you always look good, have perfect lighting, and have full control over the background. Over the past year I’ve met over 100 new people with whom I played games, watched movies, worked, and just hung out, always having far more fun than I’ve ever had on a traditional video call.

I’ve been using Seedance 2.0 the wrong way this whole time. Yesterday, while editing an animation short, I realised I wasn’t doing enough staging in my 15-second videos. I was describing what happened in the scene, but I wasn’t really directing how it happened. So today, I tried a new prompting approach to make those 15 seconds more interesting and tell a story people would actually want to watch. Here’s the result and the prompt I used.

Bon bread is what we eat in my house, and honestly we’ve never had any issues with it. I’ve even recommended it to a few friends, and none of them have complained so far. That said, I haven’t watched the video the lady made, so I can’t confirm whether she mentioned any specific brand or not. So just to be certain, I’ll run my own little test. I’ll stop eating from this very one here for about 1–2 weeks, then come back with a proper update on what I observe. Deal?

Here’s a look at my AR keychain prototype !! 🥹🩷 You can swap out icons (for now only the ones i’ve animated… and u know there's is a lot!!), scan it trough filters (for now) and my animation shows up I actually started with a card format at first, but i wanted to spend more time on the designs, so i went with keychains for the first release, i didn’t want to make regular keychains either, and bringing AR together with my animations lets people actually "hold" them instead of them just living on my pc, it makes them feel alive and interactive, something i’ve wanted to try ever since the Nintendo 3ds AR cards 🥹 This is my 4th prototype gulp, and my 5th is already done Will be 3D, look and feel better, will be thinner, doesn’t need the rotating system anymore etc.. (i'm choosing between wood or acrylic for the final version) And in the future, i’m planning to design and make my own app (alrdy started :D) so it doesn’t rely on tiktok/instagram/snap filters, and the animations will be interactive too !! :D i’m also designing custom borders so you can use your keychain without a league border if u don't wanna look like a full on nerd, and i’m working on more AR formats beyond keychains :D More soon, i’m really excited 🥹🩷

I’ve been working my butt off trying to generate $15K in a little over a month, so that’s why I’ve been pretty absent, lately. I worked over, did a few odd jobs, I sold stuff, and I moved some money from my checking, and I heavily cut my spending last month (no mountain trips).. But I was able to do it (by the grace of God), and Lord willing, this coming Friday, I’ll have Neighbor Joe’s truck back on the road and it will be mine (and no truck payment). New: motor, transmission, A/C, everything that bolts on under the hood, radiator, and even body bushings. Many others. It’s gonna run like a scalded dog, and I’m super stoked. So I’m having a beer by the fire tonight 💯
