I’ve seen concrete work get repossessed but never a fence

Nope, fuck ‘em. Didn’t pay for services, which is theft, so they had a right to repossess the build. FUCK ‘EM!

Sadly, this will fuck over dudes company. The only real legal recourse is a construction lien. Take them to court. This action just gives the home owner all the legal right to sue the company and put them under. I know, it's bullshit. I hate it too.

Nice fence it's a shame. My das had the opposite problem. Got a new roof from home depot yrs ago. 1/3 of the way thru the roofers never returned. He still has all their ladders. At 68 he had to go up there and finish himself.

I never repossessed any job before. Ive had 2 jobs in past that refused to pay. One I simply told them id go place a lein and they made payment in full next day. The other I placed a lein, sued in small claims as it was a smaller job and to this day have never been paid

I've had this happen to me when I used to do contract work and it really sucks because it's a lot of Labor to make these things and then people not pay. Why one time shut up unannounced and retrieved all my things and all of a sudden a store owner could come up with the money
