I used to think that if things weren’t working, I just needed to work harder in silence. Building in public isn’t just about sharing progress, it’s about admitting when things don’t go as planned. When I launched Onboard, I had a vision of the world I wanted to build. But our users wanted something else, and that was a hard truth to face. I spent months building the wrong thing because I was afraid to share what wasn’t working. I used to think “the struggle” meant failure. Now I see it’s part of the story. 🌱

However, I will share this one because it’s not an investment, and sometimes some people view building this kind of house in your village as a waste of money. I had a childhood dream of having this kind of house in my village, and I am delighted to announce that it is 98% completed.
