Jack Smith literally and figuratively lays down the law. The disqualification bucket runneth over, and it’s time for a motion to remove Trump-appointed Judge Aileen Cannon from presiding over a case involving a defendant to whom she owes her job:

Even if he gets her to rule the right way on jury instructions, it won't matter. She will never let it get to a jury. She will wait until a jury is seated and then either grant a Trump motion to dismiss, or issue a directed verdict. Smith MUST seek her removal.

Cannon should've been removed months ago. But we'll accept an immediate recusal now.

Not only does she owe Trump for her current job but IMHO she's helping Trump to be re-elected to get her hypocritical a$$ into SCOTUS. She needs to be disbarred for not recusing herself from this case - PERIOD! #StopTrumpToSaveTheWorld

I have said since Aileen was given this documents case, that she should recuse herself. Since day one, she has played in Trumps best interests. She doesn’t show any kind of bias because she’s a loyalist to Trump. We again, have given her plenty of opportunities to change course and she remains loyal towards Trump. Aileen is not a judge of a moral compass, but more of a corrupt person wearing a robe, who is undeserving of sitting on any bench. She needs to be gone, period!

The only people who "laid down the law" are either judges or Congress. Jack Smith is in no position to lay down any law and any appeal he makes will further delay the trial.

Aileen Cannon is an omen for a future Trump presidency. She's a fierce loyalist who happens to be incompetent & unqualified. In another Trump term, we will see even more incompetent sycophants appointed as judges, SCOTUS justices, Cabinet members, etc.
