James Fishback tells Fox Business that speech shouldn’t be regulated. “Hate speech is a made up construct by the left. And, if we concede to the left that hate speech exists, they're going to throw us in prison for saying there are only 2 genders, or God is real."

Is this hate speech? Or is it speech that is the truth, that they now want to create a law that defines it as hate speech? Thoughts?

Free speech is not for the speech you like or for the people you like. Free speech is for the speech that you hate of the people you despise. If you're for free speech, you have to be for their free speech, or else you're not for free speech. You're for the government breaking the constitution. Full Video:

Words are words. Violence is violence. Conflating the two, licences the idea that real violence is a legitimate response to free speech. If there has been a rise in hate in Canada, it is not because we fail to police speech. It is because we fail to police actions.

JD Vance claims that efforts to suppress misinformation and hate speech "are going to destroy Western Civilization. They're gonna destroy Europe, and they would destroy the United States of America if we allowed them to fester. Thank God we have a president now who believes in free speech."

Dana White: We have to protect free speech. Piers Morgan: Is there any limit to that for you? Dana White: No. I think probably the most important free speech to protect is hate speech. I mean, because when a government or a certain person can come out and determine, say, 'this is hate speech,' it's a very slippery slope and it's dangerous, in my opinion.

This choked me up. This is what the left calls “hate speech.” Thank you God for giving us time with Charlie Kirk. For using him to bring us to you. We miss you Charlie.

Australia's new “Combating Antisemitism, Hate and Extremism Bill” is perhaps the most egregious attack on free speech I've ever seen. The Australian government is trying to punish all speech that could theoretically "cause fear," even if no actual harm ever occurred by locking you up for 5+ years in prison. They're going after your tweets, blogs, memes, and even quoting scripture as dangerously evil "hate speech," offering protections for Muslims and Jews to speak their mind, but not Catholics or other Christians. PLUS - they want to ban certain groups from Australia carpe blanche, throwing you in prison for 15 YEARS for supporting them. Are Bible Verses & objective truth the next frontier of prison-worthy hate speech in Australia? 👇

🇺🇸 U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi: “There's free speech and then there's hate speech. We will absolutely target you, go after you, if you are targeting anyone with hate speech.” -> You should not go after people for hate speech! Hate speech should be legal! I personally thinking there is one exception, if your position is government funded and requires neutrality, for example teachers … they absolutely should not teach and express public opinions in that category.

🚨 PRESIDENT TRUMP is highlighting how INSANE the leftist BS has gotten 🤣 Could you imagine if I was up here 20 years ago and I said, 'there are only two genders male and female!' People would say, 'what the HELL is he saying that for?! Is he crazy?! That's got to be the worst speech I've ever heard! Why is he saying that?'" 😂 "Or 'why is he saying that we got men out of women's sports?!'" "We banned the transgender mutilization of our children and we made it the official policy of the USA that there are only 2 genders: male and female!"

Liberal Senator Michaelia Cash is gaslighting everyone by saying that we are spreading misinformation and insists that anyone who votes AGAINST the ‘hate speech’ legislation should be ashamed. She says this is NOT an attack on freedom of speech.

ELON: FREE SPEECH IS THE FOUNDATION OF A REAL DEMOCRACY Elon lays out a point that shouldn’t be controversial… but somehow it is. He argues that you don’t get a healthy democracy by managing speech, filtering opinions, or deciding which ideas people are “allowed” to hear. Once speech is controlled in the name of safety, the system stops correcting itself and starts lying to itself. Bad ideas aren’t defeated by censorship, they’re defeated by exposure, debate, and reality. Elon’s warning is simple: when speech is suppressed, voting becomes performance art and trust collapses. Free speech isn’t a risk... losing it is. “I think it's very important for there to be an inclusive arena for free speech. It’s important that people have the reality and the perception that they are able to speak freely within the bounds of the law. A good sign is someone you don't like allowed to say something you don't like, and if that is the case then we have free speech. That is a sign of a healthy, functioning, free speech situation.” Source: EM Clips (YouTube)
