If they talk about moments that happen in the old DC universe, doesn’t that make the whole project canon? If Corto Maltese is canon that makes The Suicide Squad and Peacemaker S1 fully canon, which both had refrences to the DCEU at the time. This is honestly still confusing

Later if I don’t like something or want to adjust it then that will be canon. If it is something that I feel needs to be changed and fans get upset, then they are wrong and it is canon. If I get a wild streak and decide a multiverse movie is needed then that will be canon. Is Suicide squad canon? Only when Rick Flagg sr is trying to kill Peacemaker for something he did in that movie that is mentioned in passing then it is canon. This is so dumb.
