One of the most cringe, forced and poorly acted scenes i have ever seen

God this scene is cringe 💀. David tried his best but there’s no saving this scene lol

"why you calling me an alien, I'm human like you lex, I love and get scared, you hurt my feelinnngsss" Diaperman is some spineless, low T, cry baby man child cosplaying. It's not superman - the actor is literally trying to convey that pedo Gunn.

This scene turned me off so badly, where I felt this is one cry baby, over dramatic whimpy Superman. I owe David an apology, he knew Superman better than Gunn did, he should have been allowed to go by his own instincts That overly whimpy Superman came from Gunn. I wonder how well David Corenswet would have done under the direction of another director who gave him more creative freedom. I first felt he was miscasted, but now I'm not so sure. This was wierdo Gunn's Superman not David Corenswet's. After seeing this I would give him another chance as th man of steel away from the Gunnverse

This scene should be studied on how to not make movies Terrible dialogue, terrible angle، terrible facial expressions from Luthor Just fucking sucks

Superman in that scene:

the hate to Gunn is so forced lmaooo #Superman

New Superman has anger issues, while Man of Steel controls and manages his anger with all his power. This is a sample of the real Superman.

me dodging sunlight while trying to watch this

The most non "Superman" scene ever created.

The movie was fine but the dialogue in this scene wrecked the climax. Corenswet was on to something here.

Whatever you call it, it's 🔥 Garbage. James Gunn NEVER should've had a second chance at filmmaking...

Actually makes my body hurt from cringe. Could never be my superman. homelander is less whiny than this shit man baby cosplay superman ass

Um yeah, NO. We were laughing at this scene in the theater. Cornsweat is a good actor, but Gunn ruined the movie, especially this scene.

Why do we want him to be like us?

Supergirl said it best.... He's a nerd... Superman is a god amongst men, being whiny and explaining that he's one of us is fucking Super Cringe...

It was a horrible scene for a horrible movie. Very cringe worthy. tumblr fan fic has been the over arching theme for this current DCU.

Lmaooo it was a very embarrassing scene for Superman. Pure cringe!

I actually watched an interview, and I specifically remember Corenswet or Gunn mentioning that they had these fights often, but they only came from points of mutual respect.

sounds whiny but that’s majority likes.. okay

Cringe scene, just yelling and you are part of the reason we are getting cheap movies. Y Thank Nolan, they stop invitation to people like you.

Lol. “Despite” No one says “despite not knowing what to do, I put one foot in front of the other”. No one says this

It was forced for the climax. There's nothing genuine about lecturing someone who shot someone cold blooded.

Screaming doesn't make your point sound better. It just makes you sound like you want to shut the other person up.

shill this + other decisions is why Gunn prob gets replaced in future, Gunn is going for pennies Spidey/MCU opening weekend, 500+ million Gunn next show? Olsen/ape show lol shit decision making

Let's talk about Lex here. If it weren't for this Woke ass movie and it's retarted director. Lex would've slapped that Superman into his senses, but no we have people in their 30s acting like they're 14 or something and these shits eat it up everyday 😂😂😂

Damn good scene but a terrible shot. Every time he moves his head just a little bit, you see what happens when reflect light off of Lex Luthor’s head.

I completely disagree. I hate this scene.

One of the worst scenes of all time in any film. Looks written and directed by a child.

No he wasnt

This scene is this meme put to screen with an ungodly budget. "Tell don't show," that's the rule, right? Oh wait...
