I find it difficult to give up the meter for a temporary buff like his, when do you tend to use it most? Your video there seems like the best opportunity, activating round start a round up maybe? Also is OD Rekka a better way to activate on hit now compared to Palm etc.?

Yep essentially to both. You can hit confirm the rekka. Palm is much harder to confirm although the reward is better. And it would have worked here too. Also ex rekka is much as an activation on block due to drive chip

I almost always use it round 2 It's just so good I find it more valuable than level 1 or 3

Also with the drive bar changes??? Level 2 has saved me from burnout so many times and given me extensions as well
