Well we went and we did the Inspection. We understand why they did not want us to come and check the car. They are not honest and transparent from the get go. This car had many defects that were clearly visible and were not disclosed to the client. There were even warnings ⚠️ displayed on the infotainment that needed to be attended to. We have advised our client to make sure they fix all the issues before he takes the car, as it’s not minor things. It will cost him lots of money to fix it. We would have loved to tag MITMAK Motors however for some reason we cannot tag them or Bobby. Just got home from Vegas, and it’s making me chuckle to see the discourse around Phish at the Sphere in my mentions. Those posts blew up! So many hot takes and cultural karenification. It’s not that serious. A lot of it is coming from the self-appointed cool crowd with zero curiosity about the experience… the exact type of people who are probably anti-amusement park, anti-cruise, anti-arcade, anti-roller coaster, anti-Magic Castle or Medieval Times. Relax. Whimsy still has its place in how we spend our leisure time at a low-stakes cultural spectacle. It’s like getting mad at the catering for a wedding you weren’t invited to or something? Obviously I had a great time on my spring vacation of choice. But, like a human golden retriever, I’m also the kind of person who always has a good time in an experience instead of trying to find the misery in it. Those of us who go to Phish know we’re big old dorks and a little cringe, just like Renaissance Faire or Civil War reenactors or people who go to ComicCons. Or wrestling. Or F1. Whatever! Save this for the next time your typography feels weird and you can’t explain why. Nine times out of ten, it’s line-height - the vertical space between lines of text that decides whether type feels confident or clumsy, readable or tiring. Headlines Compress them. ~1.05–1.25 is usually right. Headlines aren’t meant to be read carefully line by line. They’re meant to land as a shape. Tighter leading pulls words into a single visual block and makes the headline feel confident and intentional. One hard rule: ascenders and descenders should never touch. If your t’s and l’s are colliding with g’s and y’s, you’ve gone too far. Body text Do the opposite. Give it air. ~1.4–1.7, depending on the typeface, its x-height, and the line length. The goal is that they just keep going, paragraph after paragraph, without friction. In Framer, you can find the Line-height settings in the Text Panel > Line. And yes, this applies even if you’re using the same font for headlines and body text! Same font, same page, but they have completely different jobs - and different line height. Sometimes, choosing a good type isn’t enough - you need to know how much space to give letters so they can do their work.

The anthropologist Mikhail Gerasimov (1955) describes the individual as follows: The skull of a Yamnaya culture individual from Kurgan No. 9 near Akkerman (Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi) (catacomb burial). The skull, belonging to a man aged over 33–35 years, is very massive, with strongly developed relief of the cranial vault and face. The skull is long (191 mm; approximate width — 134 mm), with an irregular ellipsoid shape. The cranial vault is relatively high. The occiput does not project and is sloping. While I’m a Calvinist, I can still laugh at the caricatures people create about Calvinism. But let’s clear something up: Calvinism doesn’t deny free will—it clarifies its limits. As David says in Psalm 16:2, “I have no good apart from You.” Our free will, apart from God, always leads to sin and destruction (Romans 3:10-12). Before salvation, Scripture describes us as spiritually dead (Ephesians 2:1), blind (2 Corinthians 4:4), and deaf (Mark 4:12). We’re powerless to give ourselves life. It is God who gives us eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts of flesh instead of stone (Ezekiel 36:26). Salvation is entirely a work of God’s sovereign will (John 6:44, Romans 9:16), and every good thing, including our faith, comes from Him (Acts 15:8-9; Philippians 1:29). So while this is funny, it’s important to understand that Calvinism doesn’t deny free will; it just affirms that our will is bound by sin until God sets us free. “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36).

What a thrill to watch your child take their first steps. But I want to spotlight something else about this video: the sheer perfection of the support system created by its adults. They teach us a lesson about learning that extends far beyond walking. If you watch closely, you’ll find that mom and grandpa have created a scenario in which baby is challenged to the limits of her ability AND provided the supports needed to guarantee her success. From the moment grandpa lets go, mom’s waiting arms are close enough that baby’s safety is ensured. She literally can’t fall. But watch what mom does as the baby finds success: She slowly retracts her arms and even begins to lean backward ever so subtly - extending baby’s runway while maintaining this safety net. As a result, what might have been journey of 1-2 steps was extended to 5-6. Simply fantastic. This is how all learning takes place: just beyond the limits of our prior success - and with scaffolding from caregivers, teachers, and more capable peers who help propel us just a little bit further than we’ve ever gone before.
