Well we went and we did the Inspection. We understand why they did not want us to come and check the car. They are not honest and transparent from the get go. This car had many defects that were clearly visible and were not disclosed to the client. There were even warnings ⚠️ displayed on the infotainment that needed to be attended to. We have advised our client to make sure they fix all the issues before he takes the car, as it’s not minor things. It will cost him lots of money to fix it. We would have loved to tag MITMAK Motors however for some reason we cannot tag them or Bobby. 🚨 JAPAN WILL REVEAL ITS NEW GOVERNMENT DEBT TOTAL ON MONDAY The previous official figure, measured on March 31, was already: ¥1,343,842,600,000,000 Around $8.5 TRILLION. On August 10, Japan will reveal how much higher that number climbed by the end of June. But the debt number is only one part of the problem. Something much bigger is happening underneath Japan’s financial system. The 2-year government bond yield just reached 1.51%. Its highest level since 1995. The 10-year yield climbed toward 2.9%. And Japan’s policy rate is now 1%. Its highest level in 31 years. That means the era of nearly free money in Japan is ending. For decades, investors borrowed cheap yen. Then moved that money into: U.S. Treasuries. Stocks. Real estate. Crypto. And markets around the world. Now borrowing in yen is becoming more expensive. And Japanese bonds are finally offering meaningful returns at home. This creates one enormous risk: Japanese capital no longer needs to stay overseas. If that money starts returning to Japan, the global carry trade begins to unwind. Foreign assets get sold. Bond yields rise. Liquidity leaves risk markets. And volatility spreads everywhere. Japan is already showing signs of panic. The government spent a record ¥6.28 TRILLION defending the yen in a single day in April. Another intervention worth an estimated $95.5 BILLION may have followed in late July. Yet the yen still collapsed toward ¥164 per dollar before recovering. Intervention is buying time. It is not fixing the underlying problem. And now Japan is trapped between two opposite decisions. Raise rates to defend the yen. Or buy more bonds to stop yields from rising. Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi has already urged the Bank of Japan to increase bond purchases when necessary. But more bond buying weakens the yen. While higher rates increase the cost of servicing Japan’s massive debt. Fix one problem. Make the other one worse. Monday will not automatically crash global markets. 🚨 JAPAN WILL REVEAL ITS NEW GOVERNMENT DEBT TOTAL ON MONDAY The previous official figure, measured on March 31, was already: ¥1,343,842,600,000,000 Around $8.5 TRILLION. On August 10, Japan will reveal how much higher that number climbed by the end of June. But the debt number is only one part of the problem. Something much bigger is happening underneath Japan’s financial system. The 2-year government bond yield just reached 1.51%. Its highest level since 1995. The 10-year yield climbed toward 2.9%. And Japan’s policy rate is now 1%. Its highest level in 31 years. That means the era of nearly free money in Japan is ending. For decades, investors borrowed cheap yen. Then moved that money into: U.S. Treasuries. Stocks. Real estate. Crypto. And markets around the world. Now borrowing in yen is becoming more expensive. And Japanese bonds are finally offering meaningful returns at home. This creates one enormous risk: Japanese capital no longer needs to stay overseas. If that money starts returning to Japan, the global carry trade begins to unwind. Foreign assets get sold. Bond yields rise. Liquidity leaves risk markets. And volatility spreads everywhere. Japan is already showing signs of panic. The government spent a record ¥6.28 TRILLION defending the yen in a single day in April. Another intervention worth an estimated $95.5 BILLION may have followed in late July. Yet the yen still collapsed toward ¥164 per dollar before recovering. Intervention is buying time. It is not fixing the underlying problem. And now Japan is trapped between two opposite decisions. Raise rates to defend the yen. Or buy more bonds to stop yields from rising. Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi has already urged the Bank of Japan to increase bond purchases when necessary. But more bond buying weakens the yen. While higher rates increase the cost of servicing Japan’s massive debt. Fix one problem. Make the other one worse. Monday will not automatically crash global markets. But it will reveal how much larger Japan’s debt burden has become while borrowing costs are hitting multi-decade highs. That is the real risk. Japan financed global markets for decades. Now it may need that money back. I have studied macro cycles for 15 years. This is one of the most important liquidity shifts to watch in 2026. Follow and turn notifications on. It’s not that serious. A lot of it is coming from the self-appointed cool crowd with zero curiosity about the experience… the exact type of people who are probably anti-amusement park, anti-cruise, anti-arcade, anti-roller coaster, anti-Magic Castle or Medieval Times. Relax. Whimsy still has its place in how we spend our leisure time at a low-stakes cultural spectacle. It’s like getting mad at the catering for a wedding you weren’t invited to or something? Obviously I had a great time on my spring vacation of choice. But, like a human golden retriever, I’m also the kind of person who always has a good time in an experience instead of trying to find the misery in it. Nine times out of ten, it’s line-height - the vertical space between lines of text that decides whether type feels confident or clumsy, readable or tiring. Headlines Compress them. ~1.05–1.25 is usually right. Headlines aren’t meant to be read carefully line by line. They’re meant to land as a shape. Tighter leading pulls words into a single visual block and makes the headline feel confident and intentional. One hard rule: ascenders and descenders should never touch. If your t’s and l’s are colliding with g’s and y’s, you’ve gone too far. Body text Do the opposite. Give it air. ~1.4–1.7, depending on the typeface, its x-height, and the line length. Body text is about endurance. Your reader shouldn’t notice the typography at all. If they’re aware of the type, something’s off. The goal is that they just keep going, paragraph after paragraph, without friction. In Framer, you can find the Line-height settings in the Text Panel > Line. And yes, this applies even if you’re using the same font for headlines and body text! Same font, same page, but they have completely different jobs - and different line height. Not far from the Odesa region, In Moldova, Maikop and Maikop-admixed individuals have been found, with one carrying J2b2b2 Y-DNA (I17973), and a pure Yamnaya individual (I10206) carrying J2b2a1 Y-DNA, likewise possibly having a distant Maikop or Maikop-related ancestor. The anthropologist Mikhail Gerasimov (1955) describes the individual as follows: The skull of a Yamnaya culture individual from Kurgan No. 9 near Akkerman (Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi) (catacomb burial). The skull, belonging to a man aged over 33–35 years, is very massive, with strongly developed relief of the cranial vault and face. The skull is long (191 mm; approximate width — 134 mm), with an irregular ellipsoid shape. The cranial vault is relatively high. The occiput does not project and is sloping. The forehead is low and wide (100.5 mm); the glabella is massive and sloping but does not protrude strongly (2 points). The brow ridges are short and swollen (2 points). The mastoid processes are massive, with strong relief. The face is tall (121 mm), broad (138 mm), strongly profiled, orthognathic. While I’m a Calvinist, I can still laugh at the caricatures people create about Calvinism. But let’s clear something up: Calvinism doesn’t deny free will—it clarifies its limits. As David says in Psalm 16:2, “I have no good apart from You.” Our free will, apart from God, always leads to sin and destruction (Romans 3:10-12). Before salvation, Scripture describes us as spiritually dead (Ephesians 2:1), blind (2 Corinthians 4:4), and deaf (Mark 4:12). We’re powerless to give ourselves life. It is God who gives us eyes to see, ears to hear, and hearts of flesh instead of stone (Ezekiel 36:26). Salvation is entirely a work of God’s sovereign will (John 6:44, Romans 9:16), and every good thing, including our faith, comes from Him (Acts 15:8-9; Philippians 1:29). So while this is funny, it’s important to understand that Calvinism doesn’t deny free will; it just affirms that our will is bound by sin until God sets us free. “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36).
