Jay Z clears some of them. DMX clears 98-2005 accept for HKL and Black. What jay Z does not do is clear Eminem. Not any metric. Not albums sales, units, or Global Eas. The Em show laps HKL 5x and MMLP laps Black by 3x. Jayz is in there but he does not completely dominate rap.

50 is not wrong. He didn’t say Jay wasn’t popular but from 96 until 2003 he wasn’t the “best rapper alive.” He was hot in the streets but he was never the hottest during that time period at any point.
