I hope they end H-1B this week. For the last 15 years in IT I have personally witnessed the carnage Indians have done to American workers and salaries purpretrated by greedy corporations and more recently Indian CEOs.

The ENTIRE immigration system needs to be shutdown, scrapped and rebuilt from the ground up. It needs to focus on what benefits the American people. Security being a top priority.

JD Vance is taking aim at what he describes as abuse of the H-1B visa system. He argues that some corporations use the program to undercut American workers’ wages and replace them with foreign workers. “Everybody understands the game that is being played.” Vance says the focus should be on protecting American workers and ensuring the visa system is being used as intended.

H-1B WORKERS LEAVING THE USA JD Vance says the H-1B program is "completely broken" and he would support eliminating it. What could that look like? Our inflow map ran backwards: 6.6M LCA filings since FY2015 walking back out until the map is empty. 71% of them, from India.

Vice President JD Vance on H-1B Visa Fraud: "Here's the basic problem, something that we been working towards fixing in the Trump Administration for a long time. The H-1B visa program is meant to allow companies to bring and really the best of the best from outside the United States of America, for positions that are completely impossible to fill with American workers. Unfortunately, the program has become rife with fraud over the last several years, probably the last several decades."

The Labor Department bans employers from H-1B visa program. There were only four companies that this ban affects. This is not even close to everything that needs to happen. The Visa program must be completely eliminated.

For years, the H-1B visa program has been manipulated by fraudsters and it’s been allowed to run rampant—THAT ENDS NOW! The difference is President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud—we are FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGING the H-1B visa program to ensure we’re prioritizing AMERICAN WORKERS FIRST instead of foreign fraudsters. The action we took today to suspend major companies from the permanent visa program is just the first step in cracking down on fraud and abuse. Inspector General Anthony D'Esposito is locked in and we’re more focused than ever on punishing these fraudsters and returning money to hardworking Americans—where it belongs. 🇺🇸

JD Vance says the government should be focused on protecting American workers, their wages and their job opportunities. He argues that some corporations exploit the H-1B visa system to bring in foreign workers at lower wages, putting pressure on American employees. “We fight for American workers. We fight for their jobs. We fight for their wages. We fight for their dignity.” Vance says the administration wants to tighten the rules and is calling on Congress to help. The debate over H-1B visas and protecting American jobs continues.

What JD Vance just said is making all the right people mad… The Vice President says the H-1B program is totally broken and would support eliminating it and also called out the evil discrimination against white men in this country. He also stressed the importance of addressing affordability with young people, or we risk losing them to Socialism. Of course the media is seething over it. Vance is hitting on all the right issues that will be consequential in 2028.

The H-1B program was founded on the LIE that American workers are not qualified enough. To be a conservative means to put American workers first and together. We will do that.

Microsoft laid off 6,000 American workers, then took 6,300 H-1B visas. JD Vance just kicked Redmond out of the green card program. Microsoft says most of those visas were renewals, not new hires. Vance says the program is riddled with fraud.
