Looks familiar. I lived in Jeddah for two years. There is no drainage system, so when it rains, flooding happens.

I know that street. I saw rain once in Jeddah the day before I travelled to see friends in Taif. It flooded up to 30cms. The next day the desert bloomed. This is, at least, 2 or 3 times deeper. 😠
