It's over

This guy is high on his own supply- scaling won't get us to AGI - if that's the nirvana. Marcus says we hit the wall. It's the stock, that's what's going through the roof. If it's a buy at 140 why stop when it hits 150? I won't touch it.

You’re telling me this isn’t an AI video?

The thing he doesn’t say is that this mechanism of scaling requires an exponential increase in spending. The chips themselves are not improving nearly so fast.

So thanks to what exactly is it going to be increase at this level..? Is it due to capital being focused much more towards it. Or is it simply the technology behind the scaling that much better than the one behind Moores Law?

it's largely a result of larger clusters

Apples and oranges. Moore's law was about semiconductors. AI scaling laws are about software. IF AI scaling continues it doesn't imply that semiconductor progress will align. Moore's Law is effectively dead at this point. And LLM scaling may or may not be dead as well.

Woke up with a rocket on each boot. Let's go!

Jensen himself is looking more and more AI generated by the day. Here he looks like the avatars made by Hedra or HeyGen. 🤔
