JENSEN RESPONDS TO CONCERNS AROUND NEOCLOUD FINANCING: "Everything else will get solved when demand is high. You can't solve the absence of demand. But when demand is high, everything else will get taken care of. I am quite confident that they will find solutions. Their solution starts with the... show more

$CRWV: okay nice let me fall another 10% today

Sounds like buy more $CRWV

I love logical thinking people like him. I am sick of motherfuckers called analysts or financal aviser who talk BS only

Sounds like he has it completely figured out. Clear sailing. Also I have a deal on a two-for-one bridge sale.

This whole thing has been a hit job by the all pod crew. It’s all FUD

Uhmm....

Demand gets them funded. The cost of that funding decides who actually wins.

demand is already very high though?

So what is he saying?

Neoclouds are enduring short term pain for long term gain. The fundamentals are still in tact. The demand is real. I dont think these go bankrupt, any of them. I do think macros aew impacting them harshly, and they are currently in a falling knife, with harsh drops. Let the dust settle, and you will get generational buy opportunities. Again, if you must, start building a small position here and add if it goes lower. You want 1000 commons, start with 200 now, and wait and slowly build. $NBIS is world class, but pricey, I get it, but it will likely go to $500 too, so thats cheap. Liking $IREN and $CRWV. $IREN is a steal at $18, but not sure it goes there. $CRWV bankruptcy claims need to die down, but this can be a huge buying up if it somehow gets down to $33 (although I dont see it). Maybe if war fully resumes, otherwise, under $50 is a steal. $CIFR at $7.5 can give you a 5x in less than 2 years.

buy more neoclouds

Demand fixes financing right up until it doesn't. $NVDA bulls are betting the neocloud lenders never blink

not good that jensen can't swing sentiment

“Everything else gets solved when demand is high” is the hour being asked to carry the hall. Working capital is the structure. Customers are a claim. The spare hour is what a Device actually ran. A high demand line does not connect a watt. It does not print a log. We would separate those. SKU, hours, time. Capital can arrive because someone wants the chip. It still has to land on a site that stays up. If the customers are the answer, what do you think is scarce? Is it the order, or the hour that order can actually sit on?

Did he forget about ROI? What if there is demand, but the returns don't justify the CAPEX? As Mark Zuckerberg noted on a $META earnings call: "it's going to be very important to kind of get the math on all of this to work out so that way we can continue the compute build-out that we want to build in order to get this to reach everyone at scale." To wrap it up: "Never ask your barber if you need a haircut".

Exit Liquidity

This little fucker can only say demand is high. That’s what everyone keeps saying. You can have all the demand you want…doesn’t matter without cheap capital and consequently ability to execute. Let’s not forget power. This tricky little midget.

@grok Calculate the number of time's the word "demand" was used in this video.

High demand buys time but doesn't erase financing risk; execution still matters. Both your perspective and his @Maverick_LV perspective are worth learning from.

Dude $CRWV DOWN -7% 🔴

$NBIS just secured 3.5B at attractive rates. “Neoclouds” are not all the same

@grok Ah shit, he has no clue either. It's over :P

to me this reads like the bartender vouching for your tab - of course he says it's good, he sells the drinks. and sure, working capital always 'comes'; the question is at what price. jensen answered the demand question, which is the one nobody was asking.

"You can't solve the absence of demand." Jensen just explained every pizzeria ever. Nobody worries about oven financing when there's a line out the door. 🍕

Demand is high until it's not. If demand takes care of everything, once taken care of, is there enough revenue to cover the debt?

@grok 请解读一下视频内容

demand doesn't solve a refinancing calendar. NBIS just got $3.5B at SOFR+2.75% (364-day). CRWV still refinances near ~15%. same GPU backlog, roughly 2x funding cost. working capital follows the balance sheet — not the waitlist.

Is the demand durable is the big question. Jensen is conflicted . He has to hype to keep the party going .

Demand confidence is valid, but financing risks still need transparency. Both your perspective and his @TheHarrisonView perspective are worth learning from.

If demand is multiples of supply, then profit should be strong?

Demand isn't what the credit market is questioning; the price of capital is. JPM's HY AI credit basket is at all-time wides, 97bps past its July peak and led by CoreWeave, so working capital will come, but at a cost that lands on equity holders. The test is the next neocloud bond deal: if it can't price tighter after SpaceX's quarter, demand isn't solving the financing.

Says the guy who will be single handedly causing the oversupply

>"You can't solve the absence of demand." But you can certainly pretend there's more demand than in reality.
