Except Israel did not exist until the 1940s. It was maybe called something else. This is what confuses me

The Scriptures are true and it is the Holy Land. But the people occupying it are the Children of Satan. Christ said it to their faces.

We can appreciate the land where Jesus walked and not be supportive of the government of Israel. Supporting the government is not the same as protecting sacred land.

I am a newer Christian with a lot of questions and maybe naive so help. What about the new covenant? Doesn’t that wash away the Old Testament? How do we reconcile Jews denying Jesus even now to this day?

Jesus wasn't a Talmudic Kabbalist, Israel was a group of pagan tribes that denied him and are still working for the Romans.

When will the people of Israel accept Jesus as their God?

It is Christ (and not them) who is the Seed of Abraham that the promises belong to (Galatians 3:16) and those branches who live by abiding in Him (John 15). The Israel of God is the Church (Gal 3:7, 3:29, 6:16), not the syn@gogue of Satan over in Palestine. This is the historical Christian view for all 2000 years of the Church. Dispensationalist Zionism (which originates in the 19th century and lionizes these villains) is false.
