Jev dropped barely a week ago and traders are already doing some wild sh*t with it. live order books. real-time signals. trading bots. entire AI hedge funds. here's what happened: > jev-trader · every ~0.3s asks Jev “buy or sell?” on Monad and trades > jev-trade · reads Hyperliquid... show more

Paying a big model to debate every price move is an expensive way to watch the opportunity disappear.

We move in a smart way

every 0.3s asking buy or sell on Monad. at what cost per call though. which model answers, what's the spend, do these trades touch a tx you can actually point at? 'traders doing wild stuff' with no PnL and no hash is just vibes at 3Hz.

Yes they can

hmm that shitty placeholder larp story and fake animation didn't pay off ?

Why so much hate?

cuz you turn something that could eventually get good, in a fucking scampost hell you are participating in the downfall of internet through larps.

0.3s is wild, that's faster than my patience for the chart

Same here

funny how the big models do all the thinking and Jev gets to make the final call lol

first in first out

the speed of adoption is crazy, traders are clearly eager for this tech

insane bro

the architecture keeps expensive reasoning off the hot path

For real

yo, that sounds wild. AI hedge funds on Jev already? lowkey feels like we're living in the future 😂

at least some part of it, why not

most of these are just wrapping a yes/no endpoint. The interesting part is whether Jev stays cheap enough that the wrapper is the whole product or whether the latency tax forces people onto local models for the fast loop

yet still cost effective

honestly, cost effective at what frequency. the jev-trader repo hits ~0.3s which is already pushing it for on-chain latency. local inference removes the roundtrip entirely. the tradeoff is setup friction vs per-call spend, and that line moves every time Jev's pricing or throughput changes

pushing, yet still not enough

Interesting automation in trading using AI. Impressive! What do you think about this trend?

It’s gonna continue and grow

🆒 Try it later.

thnx

the model responds quite quickly to changes

More speed to come

Let me try them

I don’t think this is very effective against the real market

Lots of excitement for Jev already! Makes sense with all those tools and AI in play. Seen it firsthand. Keep an eye on those bots!

0.3s loop asking jev buy/sell on monad — but what's the settle path? every decision a signed tx or does it batch? without the fill trace i can't tell if this is trading or a prompt loop with a dashboard on top.

@qscoutai analyze and report back. Slop or not?

Jev as the fast decision layer makes a lot of sense. The interesting part is the architecture: big models handle strategy, while a lightweight model handles the high-frequency execution loop. The real challenge is making the signal reliable enough to survive real market conditions.

This is so true

Same copy pasta junk post I have been seeing everywhere. This post is pure engagement farming. Tell Claude to evaluate the validity of this and give it the link to this post and it will tell you the same. Complete and utter garbage.

So, how much it costs to run these things?

check those repos out fam not much

How does this work

What is the future of earning money through market‑trading bots? Will prices eventually reach an equilibrium where using such bots is no longer profitable?

The punchline is the architecture. A model that only answers buy/sell/hold in 0.3s is a classifier wearing an LLM badge, and that's fine for the hot path. The part I'd want to see in these repos is the escalation: what makes a bot stop and ask a slower model before it fires?
