Nick Fuentes just recommended Ozempic to his 1M+ mostly Gen-Z fans, so now I need to rant. This is absolutely HORRIBLE advice. Ozempic and other GLP-1 drugs literally paralyze your stomach so you can't digest food properly, and in countless cases have led to gastroparesis, intestinal blockage, BLINDNESS, and a laundry list of other horrific side effects. NOBODY should be taking this poison. If you're struggling with weight loss, here's some actually useful advice that will make you healthier without destroying your body: EAT MORE FATTY RED MEAT. And any high-fat animal products, really. (Excluding dairy, which is a growth agent in nature and thus triggers addictive pathways in your brain). Beef, butter, bacon, and eggs. Those 4 are your best friend. Carbohydrates, even the "healthy ones" like salad, fruit, whole grains, etc. are NOT satiating your body; they're glorified sugar/fiber bulk that strain your digestion and make you fart/shit more, while giving you zero actual nutritional value as you are not a cow or rabbit with the specialized digestive system required to digest break these materials down. (More details on why plants in any quantity are unhealthy for humans in the thread to follow). The reason why an overweight person's body is stuck in the constant craving mode is, very simply, because they are protein/fat-deficient. (Carbohydrates are non-essential, Protein/Fat are essential). The carbohydrate industry is far bigger than the other two, however, so they've thrown a ton of money around to convince the world that DIETARY FAT is bad for you, and causes BODYFAT. This is completely backwards from reality. Dietary fat is what turns off your hunger signals, i.e. gets your body to the NOURISHMENT point where it no longer craves food, which is where weight loss happens. I can practically promise you right now: if you're on the heavy side and just eliminate all carbs (even fruit/salad) and start eating bacon/eggs for breakfast, and a couple pounds of steak or ground beef for dinner (again, with NO CARBS on the side of either of these meals), you will see the the easiest, most delicious weight loss progress of your life. And if you're really dedicated to making progress as fast as possible? Work your way toward eating a TON of steak for dinner, and making that your singular meal for the day. (One meal in a day sounds crazy to the carb-addicted mind, but trust me, that protein/fat combo has carrying power. I've done this one-meal-of-steak-per-day routine for years, it's easy once you're acclimated to it.) I've done tons of podcast episodes and blog posts on the weight loss topic in the past, featuring personal friends of mine who've lost HUNDREDS of pounds on the Carnivore (Zero Carb) Diet, when NOTHING else worked for them, from vegan, to paleo, to mediterranean, keto, and everything in between. Ozempic is trending because of this viral video of Tacha where she finally looks like a 24yo girl, the age she’s been claiming. Everyone is saying she used Ozempic for the drastic weight loss. Let me explain Ozempic in the simplest way. First of all understand that Ozempic wasn’t originally designed for weight loss.. even the weight loss is somehow a side effect that has other deadly side effects. Simply, Ozempic is a medication for people suffering chronic type 2 diabete, approved in 2017. In type 2 diabetes, the blood has excess sugar, and the pancreas is too weak to produce insulin. But, atleast, its still producing some quantity. Insulin is what helps in regulating the blood sugar and convert food to energy. Basically, Insulin takes the Glucose (Sugar), from your blood and spreads it all over your cells, giving you energy and keeping you smart. Sugar which is gotten from food. Now, if your pancreas isn’t producing enough Insulin. It means, the glucose meant to be spread across your body, will now remain in one place, the blood. Causing High Blood Sugar, aka Diabetes. When there is too much Insulin, Low Blood Sugar (Your body is processing the sugars too fast).. you get? HBS — This will often make you urinate, because your body is trying to remove the glucose. Cause fatigue (no energy), constantly hungry (cells not receiving enough energy) etc.. Diabetes doesn’t cause Obesity though, but the constant hunger may, cause it. But highly unlikely. Normally, the GLP-1 hormones that tell you brain you are full, lasts for minutes. That’s why when you are eating and you are filled, you can start eating again after like 10min. But you see Ozempic? It will make you feel full for up to 8hrs. Even if you take one spoon of amala. To save themselves from lawsuit, Ozempic has repeatedly announced that Ozempic is not a weight loss medicine. Because of the heavy side effects, like Cancer. Which they explicitly labeled on their website. But guess what.. Americans are now using it in droves. So that, when anything bad happens. They’d sue and cash out. Which will likely eventually happen because.. Apart from the side effects; the food you eat under Ozempic, takes longerrr to digest and leave your system. So, the longer it stays, the more your body re-absorbs waste materials that should have left. And where does this stay? — in the Colon and Intestinal tracts.. yep, over time…Cancer 🙂 How to know if someone used Ozempic for weight loss. — Their body becomes flappy and for regular sized people, like Tacha..they’d just become slimmer without any shred of muscle. Wrong. Every disease is NOT caused by parasites in combo with a pollutant. Disease isn’t even a thing like people think - that you have caught something and it needs to be defeated. Dis-ease is more appropriate name, as it describes what is actually happening 1. Some degree of Loss of electrical function from your computer and hard drive (CNS) to the rest of the body 2. CAUSING a LOSS of flow- CSF flow, blood flow, lymphatic drainage, backed up filters and the removal of waste/toxicity. 3. This causes a back up of metabolic waste and toxicity in the body, trapped in places with the loss of flow, and causing damage to these tissues further compounded by the CNS’s inability to properly instruct the affected area to heal 4. Lack of necessary nutrients required to run the body’s billions of simultaneous functions , leading to delays and stops in body function, regeneration, DNA repair, mitosis, detoxification, hormone and neurotransmitter production and regulation, healing, etc etc etc Parasites, like bacteria and fungi, exist to decompose foods, toxicity, waste, degenerative and toxic tissue, etc So WHEN you have a loss of flow and create stagnation problems, they step in to help and proliferate in certain areas.
