The other one is First National Bank Short Term Insurance, they operate in the same fashion - when they are supposed to settle claims, they come up with silly excuses but when they receive our premiums it's good for them.

@nedbank took 5 years to wrap up my dad’s will when he died in 2019. He had a will with them and to date the matter is not wrapped up. Pillar to post, excuses, lawyers who are not being monitored. If you have a will with @Nedbank, sister of OM be warned
