For those that didn’t know… Coming out of high school…. Parker was one of the top players coming out of high school. A switch hitting middle infielder with pop. Following his accident, he focused on only hitting from the right side, and completely changed his style of swinging… The hands are still there… The HEART has only grown stronger Here is a video of him when he first got out of the hospital…. He went to the freaking cages to work on seeing the ball from the right side We’re not all built like him. Yes he is human….. but every step seems Super Human to me Keep growing baby! 🤟🏴‍☠️

JL singing a snippet of Rainbow. I'd like to share a small story from the Tokyo fansign last Jan. 25. I mentioned to JL that this song Rainbow reminds me of him and that I also dedicate the song to him. He asked "Pano nga po yun? 🥹 So I sang just 2 lines of the chorus. (With matching nginig cos nakshie naman. 😭) He joined and sang a bit. I said if he has some downtime, he can share a small cover but no pressure if and when. JL said na he likes this song and nasa playlist nga daw nya ito. He also thinks it suits his voice as well. My very thoughtful nakshie. That day I also sent out that small wish as well to the universe and now it's been given already. 🥹 Thank you for remembering and sharing. This week was so overloaded and this song is so timely easing some of my burden. During my last fansign with Steven, I asked when he can possibly do another song cover because fans miss him doing song covers. I also mentioned this song Rainbow by a Filipino band that I think suits his voice. I’m honestly getting upset with some social and political commentators in South Africa 😡 Every day they rush to say: "No no no… South Africans are not xenophobic." Okay fine… not ALL South Africans are xenophobic. We understand that. But why are some people so afraid to loudly admit that there ARE proudly xenophobic people in this country and the list is growing daily? 😭 We literally see: • people marching against foreigners • people demanding passports in streets • shops targeted because owners are foreign • politicians using anti-foreigner rhetoric for applause • social media spaces filled with open hatred and dehumanizing language Then commentators come on TV trying to sanitize everything like we’re blind 😭 You can condemn illegal immigration, support border control and still admit that hatred toward foreigners exists. Those two conversations are not the same thing. Pretending there is zero xenophobia while videos circulate daily is exactly why the situation keeps getting worse. Some people now openly wear anti-foreigner behavior like a badge of honor and nobody wants to confront it honestly. South Africa needs truthful conversations, not PR statements.

Today is the day! I just got the visa and booked the flights. I’m traveling to Miami and New York City. Not too long ago, I started sharing my thoughts, ideas, and journey of building a portfolio of niche cash-flow businesses while still living in Geneva, Switzerland. The video below was taken right after the meeting with a local GP and founder of a PE fund that now manages more than $1b in AUM. He said he left his job in his early 30s. Today, he's in his 50s. You never know whose life you'll change for the better.) My notes from this meeting: "Just go and do it. Have the ability to figure things out. That's all. That's the advice." aku post di sini aja sekalian yapping..😭 my friend literally sent me a screenshot saying i’m getting talked about by the same people who used to bully me back in SMK wkwkwk. it’s kinda funny because i never thought i’d be this confident with my own face. dulu aku sering banget dikatain “mukanya putih tapi jerawatan banget anj”, bahkan pernah dipanggil “muka batu bara” karena muka aku emang full breakout, terus "jelek, bibirnya kecil" like bro wtf.. and honestly… those words ruined my confidence. i spent almost 2 years hiding myself.. jarang foto, jarang upload apa" and always thinking people were staring at my face. but look at me now, after graduating, i slowly healed my skin, got through all those breakouts, started loving myself again and finally had the courage to be active on social media. and now they still have something to say?😭 that’s okay. because at least, this time, i’m finally living my life instead of hiding from it. i’d rather be happy being myself than spend my whole life worrying about what people think. people will always talk anyway, so let them. i’m just really proud of how far i’ve come🤍.

Woke up to some of the worst ZA DLC news ever…they made Mega Garchomp Z the toughest,cleanest design,that literally is always super sayian floating…AND THEN THEY LOCKED IT TO AN EVENT We have no clue when it will even happen-I think Pokémon day because that would be right around when the ranked battle mega rewards end⬇️ But no matter what it will be after most people finish the DLC-SO WHATS THE POINT? Does Game Freak just not want us to use the new designs that they put time into making?! I love it and wanted to use it on my team😭

Monkeys in Bali, especially at Uluwatu Temple are SCARY and a absolute MENACE 😭 They are constantly hunting to snatch your phones and sunglasses 🐒 I had seen all those videos… did not think I myself will become the victim until it actually happened 😭 First time wearing my power sunglasses (just before the trip I got this super chic pair from the Lenskart x Meller collection) and within seconds… gone 😭 I have a very high power (-4) and thankfully I had a spare or I would be roaming around almost blind. Even after I wore my normal sunglasses, still managed to escape another monkey attack. Just a very, very bad day for me The ONLY thing that kept me sane that day was that I wasnt wearing my Prada sunglasses, and the fact that they didn’t take my phone, or else I would have genuinely broken down. It would have been a very, very expensive heartbreak 😭 Honest take: be VERY careful here or just skip it. Not worth the stress. They were troubling kids as well For sunset, there are much better places in Uluwatu. I was chilling at Malini Cafe, and I really don’t know why I insisted my husband head to Uluwatu Temple, maybe because I wanted to see the Kecak dance, but that was also just about okay, nothing extraordinary And if you still go, just be super, super careful. The monkeys are actually really scary (and batameez)

Bodybuilders grow on high reps because they take gear. It's got nothing to do with the high reps. Anabolics allow you to put on muscle through a pathway separate to training. You can train with as much junk volume as you want, go nowhere near failure, and you'll still pack muscle. You could cancel your gym membership, spend the next few months crashing on the couch, and you'll still build muscle. Now imagine you're also a genetic anomaly, an elite responder to those anabolics. Imagine you then build a stack that could bring down a horse. That's how we get pro bodybuilders. People who often spout the most ridiculous training advice because they don't know any better. The feedback loop is broken. They can spend all their time on meaningless junk volume, pay zero heed to fatigue, and they'll still look like freaks. Now let's say you're a natty who's blindly following the gospel set down by high volume bodybuilders. Year after year, you make minimal progress. Rather than shrugging your shoulders and assuming you've reached your genetic potential, it might be worth wondering whether it's a smart strategy to copy the programme of people who'd be getting jacked while binging Netflix.

Watching My Son Jump Off a Cliff Was Way Harder Than I Had Imagined! When Jesse turned 18, he did his first big wall BASE jump in the Italian Dolomites. Under canopy by 10 seconds or it's toast. That's the margin between life and death. As his dad, every instinct screamed at me to stop him. To protect him. To say absolutely not. My job as a father is to keep him safe. To use my experience to guide him away from unnecessary risk. But Jesse is his own man. Kind, humble, hard working, original. And I can't stop him jumping off stuff. As we say in our family: "Pull high, don't die." Watching your child do something that dangerous is harder than any mountain I've ever climbed. You can't control it. You can't be there. Bryson DeChambeau hasn’t played since the Ryder Cup and he won’t be again until LIV Golf Riyadh in February. He says he’s been speed training through the off season though and has a target of reaching a comfortable 200mph ball speed. He’s also been playing table tennis with America’s number 1, Kanak Jha. Speaking to Tom Hobbs from Flushing It Golf, Bryson said: “I’m not playing until Riyadh. I’m going to be going in hot though. I’m sneaky working on my game really hard. “I'm going to start ramping up my speed again. I ramped up my speed in November, got it to where I was pumping over 190 quite efficiently with some slow golf balls and stuff. I got to 200 quite a bit. “I haven’t done much recently though. I was playing some ping pong actually the past couple of days with the number one USA player, Kanak Jha. He's so much fun. Ping Pong is my favourite sport, so I got to learn a little bit from the best in the U.S. He’s twenty first in the world. So nobody's really gotten that high from the U.S. which is sweet. “But I'll get back to speed training right after Christmas and going into the new season, I want to be close to 200. So that's my goal. I’ll just get to a place where I’m super comfortable swinging fast.” The last time Bryson went after speed he gained an enormous amount of mass. He’s come back down through the weights though over the last few seasons and is much healthier for it. But, if Force = Mass x Acceleration, will he look to add more mass again and what’s more important, increasing acceleration or gaining mass? “They're both very important. If you don't have any mass, you can't accelerate it. It's a symbiotic relationship. It's actually more like F equals M V squared, that’s more of the velocity side of it. “You can accelerate too, but what I would say is the most important thing is it's not necessarily the mass or the acceleration, it’s the ability to put pressure onto the club. So you're able to apply pressure and control that through your grip strengths around a circle, that's probably the more important piece. Applying controlled pressure to the golf club like grip pressure. “It's not that you just accelerate the club, because you have to learn how to control the face through that motion as well. So it's all, you know, you can say it's acceleration, but it's a lot of grip pressure stuff. The more you control the grip pressure and how you're moving that grip, I would say that’s more the answer to your question. “And I guess at a certain point there’s dimishning return with, you know, going up in the mass and even down in the mass. There is a sweet spot for swinging a golf club. If you get a speedstick, there's just not enough mass behind it to create the smash factor necessary, and vice versa if it is too heavy, you can’t swing it that fast. “I'll always say swinging and accelerating the club is probably the most important, but the real answer is applying the most pressure to the golf club.
