Yesterday I posted that gluten free pasta is now the SAME PRICE as standard pasta in Sainsbury's… 45p cheaper than it was! Well, we have an update and it’s GOOD NEWS 🥳 Tesco have now followed suit in reducing the price of their gluten free pasta to 75p - such great news 😍 What we need now is all the other supermarkets to hopefully do the same AND also consider other staple items such as gluten free bread, flour and cereal. Coeliac_UK’s campaigning to make gluten free food more affordable and accessible is going to really help this 🧡 What do you think? ⚠️ Don’t just read the good news & think ‘ohh wonderful’ - keep shouting (politely!), so many don’t realise how many of us have to follow a gluten free diet, how it’s not a choice. We need to show everyone how many of us there are & thus how important these price changes can be for a huge number 💪

And it was so popular that about 85 % of the Roundup that has been used in history has been used since 2006. A large part of that is as a desiccant. Um... this isn’t a great take. Everything said assumes that the gluten free food is going to taste bad or worse. Gluten free food can look, taste and be just as good as ‘normal food’ so there really doesn’t have to be any problem here.. This Morning I’d be happy to come on and show you how good gluten free food can be & some much needed awareness. I promise you won’t be disappointed 😇 Thanks Craig and Josie for trying to bring it back around later in the clip but unfortunately I think too much had been said. What do you think? Europe still spends lot of time on lengthy processes, decision-making, and debating what is right and which capabilities we should buy in five or ten years. You simply get it done. For me, defending Europe now means including Ukraine in Europe. Europe will not be able to do what needs to be done without Ukraine. In the beginning of the war, we were helping you. Now we depend on each other.

Aldi sourdough bread actually molds In America we aren’t used to seeing bread mold because of all the commercial chemicals being used But Aldi sourdough only has 3 main ingredients: - Wheat Flour (and/or malted barley flour) - Water - Sea Salt - Sourdough Culture (wheat flour, water, and enzymes) This is great to see, let’s compare that to a sourdough bread sold at Walmart - Unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) - Water - Yeast - Sugar - Soybean oil And then comes the conditioners and preserves and other ingredients - Wheat gluten - Salt - Cultured wheat flour - Calcium sulfate - Acetic acid (adds sour flavor) - Vinegar (adds sour flavor) - Ascorbic acid (dough conditioner) - Enzymes - Wheat starch - Xanthan gum - Soy lecithin - Calcium propionate (preservative) We are being poisoned and it’s not even at all necessary
