All that is left is one state solution or mutual destruction

People don’t want to admit it, but there’s only 3 possible outcomes: 1- surrender, leave Israel and settle elsewhere. 2- genocide and eliminate/permanently expel all Arabs. 3- perpetual war to some degree. Sorry, but that’s the reality here.

Mearsheimer is the only Realist intellectual regarding geopolitical matters in the US, making him an anomaly in today's America. I'd recommend reading his book "The Tragedy of Great Powers Politics", well worth the read.

The solution is actually very simple: the USA should force Israel to accept the two-state solution and withdraw from the occupied territories, otherwise threatening the suspension of their protection but they will never do so because the Jewish are too powerful in the USA

@RnaudBertrand And the US more than any other is responsible for facilitating Israel, in undermining the 2-State Solution. Successive US administrations & politicians continue to extend "unconditional support" to Israel, irrespective of its actions. The US was never a honest broker in this.

John Mearsheimer one the smartest geopolitical knowledgeable living man on earth along side with Jeffrey Sachs. Israel and Palestine are too close for comfort evidently. How can Egypte and Jordan make it better for that region? Maybe not...
