The thing you need to do (it isn’t reinventing the wheel): ramp up Support! It’s ridiculous. Your ambitions to do business outpaces your ability to deliver Support in reasonable time. There are very simple things you can do to avoid Support requests in the first place. Be smart!

I am very disappointed with the scanwatch. I took it in the pool for the first time and immediately found moisture under the slide. I found out from the website that this is a common occurrence. Unfortunately my watch is out of warranty and no after warranty service is provided.

I purchased a set of £190 scales in November, for a Christmas present started using them in January, battery died 2.5 months later. I bought them cos it says they have a 15 month battery life. Now I can’t get a refund as it’s been too long!. No one pays £190 for 2.5 month use.
