To me that’s obvious. It’s going to come down to the reconstruction. Aperture is known for being plaintiff oriented, flashy 3D animation, & imo lying. ARCCA is on another level in terms of who they hire and who they represent. More science less flash.I need Welcher to flop today.

Experts Vs. Paid For Hire: For months, we had to listen to Hank Brennan suggest there was a “nefarious” relationship between the defense & ARCCA. There wasn’t. The only “nefarious” relationship is between the CW & Aperture. The moment Welcher said “he reviewed Ms. Read’s interviews,” it confirmed all my thoughts. ARCCA wasn’t hired by the defense or CW to investigate JOKs death. Aperture was hired by the CW to concoct a reconstruction that fit their narrative.

In the report they claim that based on information from the Lexus black box (the time Karen started her ignition) that the triggering event 1162-2 happened from 12:31:38-12:31:43. -This means that Aperture believes Karen Read struck JOK with her SUV sometime between 12:31:38-12:31:43. -On April 28th, Ian Whiffin testified for the CW. During his testimony he stated that JOKs phone data shows that from 12:31:56-12:32:16, JOK was interacting with his phone. He states that after 12:32:16, there is no more interactions between JOK & the phone. -When you compare the two reports, you see that 13 seconds AFTER Aperture claims JOK was struck (12:31:43), Whiffin claims JOK began interacting with his phone (12:31:56). -The medical examiner testified today that the blow to the back of JOKs head would have left him incapacitated. During trial 1, Bev allowed Dr. Frank Sheridan - A FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST, the same profession as Dr. Laposata, to testify about JOKs injuries being….. DOG. BITES. Bev Cannone HAS to see the writing on the wall for the CW. She’s been awful throughout, but denying Laposata is such an awful ruling, even by her standards.
