I think Bev knows that Karen is going to be acquitted but she needs to save face with Morrissey. That’s giving her the benefit of the doubt. But there needs to be complete transparency when the jury forman and alternates are selected. We need to see the numbers!

Why did the Commonwealth wait until June 5, 2025 to file a Motion In Limine to keep out Dr. Elizabeth Laposata’s testimony on medical causation of John O’Keefe’s injuries? If the Commonwealth’s Medical Examiner can testify about dog bites or pedestrian vehicle collisions in regard to medical causation of injury, why is any other Medical Examiner or Forensic Pathologist suddenly unqualified to do the same simply because they’re with the defense? He was immediately reprimanded for using "hyperbole," but Hank Brennan is screaming at Dr. Wolfe and intentionally being the biggest dick possible, and she doesn't have any desire to stop it.

Brennan went so far as to represent that “hourglass” is the industry standard term used to describe the shape of dog bites by experts in an attempt to imply that being unfamiliar with this term suggests one isn’t an expert. ———— Brennan asked: “Well in most professional studies by experts, isn’t it routinely referred to as an hourglass shape?” Dr. Russell replied: “I haven’t seen that at all.” Brennan asked: “Well have you read books on dog bites?” Dr. Russell replied: “I’ve read articles on dog bites.” Brennan asked: “Have you read books on dog bites?” Dr. Russell replied: “No. I have read articles on dog bites.” Brennan asked: “Have you ever read this book (Brennan holds up book)? In its singular mention of the word “hourglass”, the book states: “The hourglass shape of a generalized dog bite is clearly different from the typical bow shape of a human bite” (pg. 237). Nowhere in this sentence, page or chapter of the book does it indicate that the word “hourglass” is a widely accepted & used term in the field for describing the shape of dog bites. Based on its singular reference & lack of routine use in this entire book about dog bites, I think it’s safe to say that Hank Brennan is not only wrong, but apparently didn’t read his own reference book—other than perhaps the one page mentioning “hourglass”. ———— Final note on Brennan’s apparent lack of discernment on what constitutes an authoritative source in the field, especially in the areas of science & medicine, and particularly as it relates to expert witness testimony: It’d also appear that Brennan is confusing “professional studies” with peer reviewed studies. This seems to be further reinforced by the fact that he leaned on “books” as a default authority source, when in actuality, it is very well understood both in the medical/scientific community, as well as in the legal world of expert witnesses, that the unequivocally reliable authoritative source is the peer-reviewed study—sometimes referred to as “articles” (aka academic research articles). You probably recall hearing Dr. Russell refer to many such “articles” (peer reviewed studies) throughout the hearing. A number of people like Nsereko Muhammad are calling on Museveni, the very man who unlawfully abducted Dr. Besigye from Kenya on 16 November 2024 and has kept him imprisoned for over a year in violation of his constitutional rights to "forgive" him. That framing completely misses the point. Like every Ugandan who believes in justice, I want to see Dr. Besigye free. But I'm not going to pretend I desire his freedom more than he does. Dr. Besigye has been consistent from the beginning: the treason charges against him are fabricated, and all he has demanded is what every citizen is entitled to a fair trial before an independent court. This struggle has never been about begging for the mercy of a ruler. It has always been about defending the rule of law against the abuse of state power. Justice is not a favour bestowed by those in power; it is a constitutional right owed to every citizen. As a believer in democracy and constitutionalism, I stand behind whatever decision Dr. Besigye makes. The fight is for justice, not mercy.

Kevin Reddington has filed DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR ADDITION TO LIST OF WITNESSES. He wants to have Emily Thorndike, LICSW testify. Emily worked for McLean Hospital a year before the time Lindsay Clancy was admitted on New Year's Eve 2022 into 2023, and she has firsthand knowledge about the lack of staffing and resources during the holidays and weekends at McLean Hospital. She did a TikTok going over her concerns about the prosecution's lies and gaslighting the jury and I pray that she is allowed to testify. She also believes that Dr. Tufts and McLean Hospital failed Lindsay. She is especially upset with the prosecutor's questioning of Patrick Clancy. She also believes that Dr. Tufts and McLean Hospital failed Lindsay. She is especially upset with the prosecutor's questioning of Patrick Clancy. This trial is a major wake up call to women's health in the US and LC was failed by the drs who treated her. Dr. Tufts had only had her license for about a year at the time she saw Lindsay.
