Been building this little brand for almost three years now with Grant Eastey and Ejay ODonnell. That’s my wife and I packing our first orders in our tiny garage that couldn’t even fit a car. But in the end the garage found its purpose. There’s something special about just going for it. We just wanted to make some hats for dads that we didn’t see out there for ourselves. Everything else was dad bod humor, mowing the lawn, ugly sneakers, etc. Being a dad is so much more than that. Being a dad really isn’t any of that funny stuff. That’s just the weird brand social media has given us. We’re about to cross half a million hats sold soon and still see ourselves in that tiny garage. Just trying things. Seeing what happens and doubling down if it works. The brand has become so much more than we ever imagined. I don’t enjoy the notion of becoming a “DTC brand”, just become a brand. Become a community and movement. You should see the notes we get from customers saying our hat helped them become better parents, our hat helped them keep trying to have children, our hat brought their kids joy when their dad passed away, our hat showed up and changed the life of someone deciding if they wanted to go on. I don’t care about the metrics. Obsession over CAC and ROAS won’t create this. Building something with meaning is so beyond any of the acronyms we see here on a regular basis. At the end of the day it’s all about trying. You just need to try. It’s as simple as that. I used to think there’s so much to risk by trying. At the end of the day it’s usually ego or fear. And two things are true. Ego decisions are solely based on your perception of what you’ll look like to others, which will never matter in the end. The second thing is fear. Fear usually only lives within YOU. Nowhere else. You make it up and decide how to act from it. Greatness is on the other side of fear. There’s no pressure over here. I was born into project buildings in Poland. “Making it” happened long before the brand started. Making it was getting out of Poland and into the US at the age of 7. On our pod yesterday Nate Lagos📈 asked me why I even stay on X when having a successful brand. The answer is simple. I personally want to give away as much free game as possible. I don’t know it all, not even close. But I want to help others break through and get their ideas into motion. Everyone is charging for courses and slack access. I get it, but it’s not how I care to move. There’s plenty to go around for everyone and if I can help then I’d love to. Gate keeping is weird. Pass it on. Help others win. Looking back at my time in that tiny garage I miss it. The excitement of a new idea forming. Hand packing every order and writing notes. Not caring if it works but trying and having fun. Going for it. To this day. 95% of all creative is Canva and iPhone. Free Shopify theme. I run all marketing. No employees. Great partners. It’s beautiful. One more time. JUST GO FOR IT.

“More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope.” - Romans 5:3-4 Last week a story went viral that says a difficult life isn’t worth living. I want to offer a different perspective: The Hard Road Is The Point. There’s a growing lie baked into modern culture that life is supposed to be smooth. Convenient. Perfect. That if things are difficult, something’s gone wrong. That suffering is a malfunction, not a feature. So people spend their lives optimizing for comfort. Avoiding friction and inconvenience. Looking for the shortcut, the hack, the easier path. And they miss the whole point. The beauty of a life well-lived isn’t found despite the struggle - it’s forged inside it. Character doesn’t grow in comfort. It grows under pressure, strain, stress and adversity. Gratitude doesn’t come from ease. It comes from having walked through something hard and making it to the other side. The ancient understanding - the one we’ve traded for comfort - is that suffering carries meaning. That the valley isn’t a detour. It is the journey. Truth is, when you strip away the hard parts, you don’t get a better life. You get a shallow one. Because the rough road isn’t a sign you’re doing it wrong. It might be the surest sign you’re doing it right. My son Iron Will has Down syndrome. He spent his earliest months in a walker just to build the strength to stand. Every step was a fight. Every inchstone and milestone was hard won. And watching him work, really work, for things that come effortlessly to other kids didn’t break my heart. It expanded it. Because what I saw wasn’t limitation. I saw determination unencumbered by societal expectations. I saw joy that doesn’t depend on easy. I saw a little boy who gets up every single time, grins, and goes again on his own terms, at his own pace. My brave little son didn’t teach me about suffering. He taught me what it looks like to pursue life fully - without fear, without shortcuts, and without ever being told what he can’t do. When we decide a life will be too hard before it begins - based on the inherent limitations of our mortal understanding - we end a story before it ever has the chance to be written. We will never tell Iron Will, or any of our children, that the hard road isn’t worth it. Because the greatest stories ever told involve suffering that produces endurance that produces character that produces hope. And hope changes everything. #TeamIronWill #DownSyndromeAdvocacy #IronWill #SayYesToPossibility

An OpenAI engineer stopped me at a hackathon in Hayes Valley I had my terminal open on a table. Three panels. Live trades scrolling. He was walking past and froze. "That's not a demo. That's a live scoring engine. What model is that" I told him. Claude Opus 4.7. Four repos. $25 a month. He pulled up a chair without asking. "We benchmarked Opus 4.7 internally. It beat o3 on structured reasoning across every eval we ran. And you're telling me you're using it to trade" I told him it does more than trade. It reads 86 million trades and finds who wins and why. No fine-tuning. No prompting chains. Just raw context. He leaned back. "Show me the data source" I opened one link. 86 million trades. Every wallet. Every entry. Every exit. "You point Opus 4.7 at this and it reverse-engineers the strategy. It finds the wallets that win. Then it finds why they win. Then it copies the pattern" His team spent 14 months building something similar. 10 engineers. Custom infra. Still in staging. "The part that killed us was exit timing. Every model we trained nailed entries. But the best traders exit before the crowd. We never figured out the threshold" I told him my bot cuts at 85% of expected move. Or on a 3x volume spike. Whichever comes first. He stopped talking. "How did you find that" Opus 4.7 found it in poly_data. Top wallets exit before resolution 86% of the time. Losers hold to 58%. Exits are the entire game. I opened another tab. "Three commands. 500 markets. Opus scores them in 20 minutes" "That's our internal eval pipeline. Except it took us a year and you did it in a weekend with our competitor's model" My setup: Claude Opus 4.7 - $20/mo VPS - $5/mo poly_data - free polymarket-cli - free 214 trades. 74% win rate. +$9,400 in 19 days. Copytrade here: I showed him the article where I broke down every repo and every command. He read it twice. Then looked up. "You just published what we've been trying to ship for six months. Using the other team's model" He texted me the next day. "My manager found your thread. Delete it" Too late.

I can attest that Seedance 2 in 4k is insane. It’s also expensive - $47 for this 15 second clip 😬 You can ask an LLM to edit this prompt for a different scenario. I asked for a girl at a U.S. high school in the early 2000s, taken with a flickery camcorder ⬇️ Prompt: Main subject: teenage American girl, high school student, natural everyday appearance, age-appropriate early-2000s outfit: layered fitted baby tee over a long-sleeve shirt, bootcut low-rise jeans, canvas sneakers, small backpack, simple choker necklace, hair in a messy ponytail with face-framing pieces and a few butterfly clips. Realistic skin texture, minimal makeup, warm and slightly shy personality. Maintain consistent identity, clothing, hairstyle, and appearance throughout the entire video. Location: Authentic American suburban public high school in the early 2000s during a calm school morning. Fluorescent-lit hallways, rows of metal lockers, bulletin boards with flyers, trophy cases, classroom doors, analog wall clocks, tiled floors, cafeteria tables, courtyard benches, yellow school buses outside, students passing in the background. No smartphones, AirPods, modern laptops, QR codes, smartboards, LED screens, or modern fashion. Visual Style: Ultra-realistic documentary realism. Genuine candid behavior. Natural body language. Unscripted slice-of-life feeling. Strong period authenticity. Rich real-world details and believable human motion. Camera Style: Early-2000s consumer DV camcorder aesthetic. Friend casually recording everyday school moments. Heavy handheld shake, imperfect framing, frequent autofocus hunting, lens breathing, exposure pumping under fluorescent lights and outdoor sun, occasional motion blur, mild digital compression artifacts, faded colors, soft contrast, slight sensor noise. No stabilization. No cinematic camera moves. No modern color grading. 00:00–00:02 Outside the school entrance. She steps off a yellow school bus, adjusts one backpack strap, and brushes hair out of her face. Morning light hits the sidewalk while the camera struggles to hold focus. 00:02–00:04 The camera follows her through a busy hallway lined with lockers. She stops at her locker, spins the combination dial, and pulls out a notebook. Framing drifts slightly off-center as students pass between her and the camera. 00:04–00:06 She notices a friend off-camera, smiles, and waves casually. Someone says “Hey!” from behind the camera. She laughs softly while the autofocus shifts between her face and the lockers. 00:06–00:08 In a classroom before the bell. She sits at a desk, doodles in the margin of a spiral notebook, and glances toward the window. Fluorescent lights flicker slightly. The camera zooms in awkwardly, then backs out. 00:08–00:10 At a cafeteria table with a tray, notebook, and juice box. She talks casually with friends just out of frame, occasionally tucking hair behind her ear. Loose handheld side angle with natural camera drift. 00:10–00:12 Outside in the school courtyard. She walks slowly across the quad holding textbooks against her chest. The bell rings in the distance. She notices the camera, gives a small genuine smile, then looks away. 00:12–00:15 Walking down the hallway after class. Lockers slam, sneakers squeak on tile, and students move around her. She turns back once, waves, and continues walking. Recording cuts abruptly to black mid-motion as if the camcorder was switched off. Audio: Natural ambient sound only — hallway chatter, locker doors closing, school bell, footsteps on tile, distant announcements over the PA system, cafeteria noise, buses idling outside, light wind in the courtyard. No music. No sound design. No narration. Goal: Authentic early-2000s American high school life captured like a forgotten home video — candid, imperfect, realistic, warm, nostalgic, and deeply believable.

An Anthropic engineer paid for my espresso at Sightglass when he saw my screen I was running my Polymarket bot from the counter. He was next in line. Looked over my shoulder. Stopped scrolling. "That's not a normal trading app. What's it actually running on" I told him. Claude Code. Four repos. $25 a month. He sat down without asking. "I'm on the agent team. We stress test Claude for exactly this. You're letting it find its own edges" Not just edges. Wallets. 86 million trades. Every wallet. Every entry. Every exit. "You're feeding Claude raw wallet data and letting it identify who consistently wins. Then cloning them" He said it slowly. Like he was writing the threat model in his head. One prompt. Find every wallet with 100 plus trades and win rate above 70%. Rank by profit. Export top 50. Claude scanned 14,000 wallets in 4 minutes. Returned 47. The top 20 made more than the bottom 13,000 combined. "That's not a stat. That's a hit list" Exactly. "And you didn't write the scoring function" Claude did. I just wired it into an if-statement. Then I showed him the second repo. Official Rust CLI. No API key for reads. 500 markets, Claude scores them in minutes. Gap. Depth. Resolution window. 487 markets become 35 before a dollar moves. 93% killed before I even see them. A green fill landed on the screen. +$84. Copytrade wallet: He watched it hit. "How does it decide to actually enter" Three agents. Shared wallet. No shared memory. Arbitrage, convergence, whale copy. 2 agree, full size. 1 alone, half. Disagree, no trade. Consensus filter alone killed 40% of losing trades. "And the exits?" The 47 whales never hold to settlement. 91% exit early. 73% of max profit captured. Redeploy immediately. My bot cuts at 85% of expected move or on a 3x volume spike. "You built a whale copy bot that exits before the whales" Yeah. He put his espresso down. "How often does it trade" 10 a day on average. Most of them skipped before I look up from my coffee. My setup: Claude API - $20/mo VPS in Germany - $5/mo poly_data - free polymarket-cli - free Polymarket/agents - free $200 seed. 27 days ago. $14,300 now. Copytrade here: 271 trades. 74% win rate. Sharpe 2.47. I haven't touched it in 27 days. He stared at the screen for a long time. "This is literally what our red team simulates. Except you actually shipped it" He emailed me the next morning. "Any chance you'd take a call with our policy lead" I told him the article is the call. Read it twice. Too late to gatekeep.

If anyone tells you that you need to cut out carbs to lose weight… Run and never listen to anything that person says again I’ve gotten to single digit body fat numerous times while eating 2-4 slices of sourdough bread and 1-2 bagels every day every prep Here’s how I do it and how my clients do it too: -We either track macros or build a meal plan around their lifestyle and schedule -We build meals around foods we enjoy If I make you eat fish and broccoli, and you fucking hate fish and broccoli…I’m setting you up for failure right off the get go. Would never make any client eat something they despise when there are so many good, clean foods out there to eat to get us the results we’re after -We stay in a slight calorie deficit without starving ourselves -IF our schedule allows it, we always try to move more or increase cardio before dropping food to keep food as high as possible for as long as possible More food = more fuel = better training sessions = helps preserve and or build muscle = better metabolism long term - We train hard, lift heavy as fuck, and stay consistent because we’re not burned out or miserable with our food Bread or carbs didn’t make you fat and DOES NOT make you fat Being inconsistent and over eating is what did If you keep jumping from diet to diet, cutting more and more food to “get results”… You’ll never stay lean Because you’ll never stick with it long enough for it to work because you’ll feel like death from not eating enough But when you learn how to lose fat the right way with structure, flexibility, and a plan that fits your life… You stop starting over and hating the process while getting lean eating the foods you actually enjoy eating On top of looking AND feeling better There’s a right way and there’s a wrong way If you wanna see how it’s done the right way, shoot me a message and I’ll show you how my team can help you as well

My pilot friend told me he gets a weather update 12 hours before any public forecast. I asked him, do you trade on Polymarket? He laughed. Then went quiet. We were at a bar last Friday. He had just landed from Frankfurt. I was complaining about a losing streak on weather markets. Then between sips he said something that made me put my glass down. "You are betting on weather using weathercom? That is like trading stocks using yesterday newspaper." He pulled out his phone and showed me an app I had never seen. A wall of codes. METAR. TAF. SIGMET. Temperature to the tenth of a degree. Wind speed. Pressure systems. Cloud ceiling. Updated every 1 to 3 hours. We get this before every flight. Directly from meteorological stations. Not forecasts. Observations. Real readings from real sensors. Every pilot in the world has access to this. Aviation safety requires it. But nobody outside of aviation ever looks at it. He went back to his beer. For him this was routine. I sat there doing math in my head. If aviation data updates every 1 to 3 hours and Polymarket odds on weather markets lag behind reality, how big is that window? I do not know the exact delay. But from what I have seen trading these markets the prices sometimes feel hours behind what the actual forecast already says. That means someone with faster data could be buying YES at 10 to 15 cents when the real probability is already way higher. Not predicting the weather. Just reading it before the market does. I went home. Could not sleep. Opened Polymarket and started searching. If this edge exists, someone must already be using it. It took me forty minutes of digging through weather wallets to find what I was looking for. → His profile: This wallet started at -$47. The balance now: over $27,000. Every single position is weather. Temperature in Dallas. Rain in Buenos Aires. Whether London will hit 11 degrees on a Tuesday. The win rate sits at 76.6%. Three out of four bets land green. Most entries cost pennies. 2 to 5 cents per share. When the bet loses the damage is tiny, $50 gone. When it wins the payout is the full dollar. One win covers $500. Sometimes $5,000. At 76% accuracy with that payout ratio the math speaks for itself. I checked the entry timing on this wallet. It is not a millisecond bot racing against HFT. Positions stay open for hours. Sometimes a full day. You can see the wallet move and follow it. No server farms. No Python scripts. No race against latency. Last night I texted my pilot friend. Told him I found a wallet doing exactly what he described, pennies in, thousands out, all weather. He read the message. Typing indicator appeared. Disappeared. Appeared again. "Yeah. I know." He never said anything else about it. Right now a meteorological station somewhere is updating a reading. A pilot is glancing at it before pushback. From what I have seen, there is usually still a window.

You’re on a journey on this kind of lonely road with your car and your car suddenly develops a fault, You can’t call for help and your lines can’t be reached due to network issues, what do you do? Except the car will stop and the engine won’t come up again, please reduce your speed and accelerate softly till you get to a nearby town, if it is an overheating issue, keep driving, put the gear in the neutral position and switch off the engine and let the car keep moving, switch it back on when you have to ascend a hilly road and the car can’t move freely on its own again. If the battery signal comes up while driving, chances are that your alternator has failed, or the alternator belt is damaged, apply the same method and switch off your AC, radio system or anything that may drain the battery while driving till you get to a safe place. If it is a flat tyre, maintain a low speed till you get to a safe place to change and use your spare, keep moving. Yes!!! Damage that tyre till you get to a safe place, just keep moving and make sure you have a spare tyre always and it is in a good condition. If the engine suddenly goes off on top speed, chances are that a fuse is damaged and this is why I will make a thread on how to identify different fuses and how to have them fixed temporarily in case of Emergencies. If your car jerks or experiences a lazy movement while driving, it’s likely to be a fuel related issue, fuel pump most likely, switch off the engine intermittently and put the gear in Neutral position, keep moving… if the fuel pump rests for about 5mins, it’ll pick up back when you ignite the engine, this will/may at least take you to a safe place or where you can have access to network to make calls. If you hear strange sounds like knocking sounds or the oil signal starts to blink, relax and reduce your speed, keep moving. Manage it till you get to a safe place or can have access to network. If your gear/transmission system isn’t selecting well, apply the same method, reduce your speed but keep moving, slow movement is better than no movement, your life and safety matters a lot. Please note that there are some Mechanical issues that nothing can solve on the road except patience and just to pray to God for safety and help, for example, you run into a pothole unknowingly and the oil pan hits the road and your engine or gear oil leaks away, or your ball joint or tie rod head pulls out, I’ll suggest you leave the car there, roll up your windows and lock up the car and start trekking till you get network or help, staying with the car may make you vulnerable to attacks or attract unexpected company, just keep walking away from the car for safety. Most importantly, please stay safe and be conscious of your environment. Be friendly with your Mechanic too or any Mechanic you see on the road. Don’t manage faults in cars and risk traveling with it.

I just sold my startup Talknotes for $200,000 on acquire.com 💸🤯🤩💰🥳🎉 I launched it last August when I was looking for an idea I could grow with paid ads, and made a MVP in one week. I took it from $0 to $7500 MRR in just 11 months. 👉 Here is how I grew it from zero: 💡 Idea: I got the idea when I tried to write a tweet using Google Doc's transcription tool, but it was terrible. And I was pretty sure I wasn't the one too lazy to type. So I made my own solution, and Talknotes was created. The audience is pretty broad so it was a perfect fit for Meta ads However… ✅ Validation: My rule is to only reinvest what the project generates, so, no ads until I make enough cashflow ❌ Listing on startup directories + a few Twitter sales generated $700 after 10 days. Yes, it's not much, but more than enough to show there is interest in the product and tell me to keep working on it 🤩 I started adding the features users requested, but the launch effect started to wear off and daily revenues quickly went to $0 after a few weeks 🫥 I got depressed and almost gave up on the app... 😔 But luckily, my friends and Dan Kulkov pushed me to continue And I'm glad they did because In October, I launched on Product Hunt 😸 and it blew up 🤯 It got Product of the Day and reached $1500 MRR thanks to the media coverage 🚀🚀 Until then, everything was done using vanilla JS/CSS/HTML + Node for back end. It's simple and easy, but I saw the limitations, so I remade the app using Nuxt to make it easier in the future 🏗️ (thanks to @blackevilgoblin and Piotr Jura for the content/courses! Tim Bennetto as well for the basics!) After that, I took a break and then launched ads on Facebook. The strategy is simple: Catch people's attention, and show them how the app can help them improve their life. No need to over-complicate 🙅‍♂️ Making good creatives is 80% of the job when doing ads on Facebook, most of the technical stuff is done by AI now. Thanks to the boost in traffic, I implemented a feedback loop: 1) Get new users 👥 2) Learn to know them with the onboarding form 💬 3) Make more ads based on the data you get from onboarding 📝 And it completely blew up. MRR doubled in ~2 months However... In May, I had a bad burnout 🥵😩 Multiple bugs slipped into the app, and I had to spend 2 days fixing everything in an emergency while revenues plummeted. This completely fucked me up mentally and had a hard time working on the app after that ( 💀💀 So I decided to list it on acquire.com and made a Twitter post ( I listed it for $200,000, a pretty low price considering the revenues and fast growth. I could have gotten $300,000 if I accepted payment over time, but $200,000 today is better than $300,000 tomorrow for me. 🚨 The process went smoothly until we tried to use Escrow, which almost fucked up the whole deal. (details: I got extremely lucky because the buyer really wanted to buy the app, but this could have ended the deal. We had to wait over a week to get the money back from them, even tho they said they already refunded it. But luckily, after threatening them, they sent it back the next day 🙃 The buyer finally got the money back, I transferred every asset to him, and he sent me the wire. With the profit made from the app + the sale, and other projects, I'm 30% away from being a millionaire 🤯 With this amount, I can pretty much retire in Asia if I want to. But that's just the beginning, I’m going to launch new projects soon! 🚀 But before that, I need to take a real vacation and detox. My brain is completely fucked up by those last 2 months. I gained weight, and got brain rot from scrolling all day waiting for the acquisition to move forward 💀💀 Surprisingly, doing absolutely nothing is 10x more exhausting than working 15h per day 🥱 Now, all this might sound like an overnight success. It is not ‼️ This is the result of 7 years of failure and working like a madman. I launched over 40 projects in those 7 years, and most of them failed. But a few took off, and that’s all I needed All those weeks working 15h/day without weekends and vacation feels soul-sucking when you don’t see the end, but this is what took me there You only need to win once to snowball everything. Work hard, focus, fail a lot and keep shipping fast. 🚀🚀 Thanks to you for reading until here, and thanks to everyone who supported me 🤞

Since TermMax V2 rolled out the new Roll feature, I’ve been thinking DeFi lending is finally getting serious about managing time. The worst part of fixed-rate positions was never opening them—it was those brutal few days before expiry. You’re stuck in meetings all day, topping up margin at night, jumping chains for liquidity at 3 a.m., watching rates while praying nothing blows up. A lot of positions didn’t die from volatility; they died right there in that 48-hour window. When I saw what TermMax | Fixed Rate Borrowing & Lending just shipped, my first reaction was that on-chain borrowing finally feels like actual debt management. Besides straight repayment, you can now roll your position two ways: straight into a new fixed-rate term market to lock the rate again, or over to Morpho’s floating market if you want flexibility. A lot of people are calling it “just rolling over,” but it’s really changing how we handle time. Fixed rates used to lock the interest but left time broken—expiry hit and you had to decide everything from scratch again. The real stress wasn’t the APR; it was the panic questions like “what if I don’t have cash that day” or “what if the market flips.” V2 stitches that gap shut. Inside the rollover pop-up you pick the next term—like USDC/wstETH to 30SEP2026—and you see the APY instantly. The real win isn’t the yield; it’s finally being able to plan your next cash flow ahead of time. If you want stability, rolling to the next fixed market is like building your own debt calendar—next due date, cost of funds, everything crystal clear so you don’t scramble at the last second. Want to keep options open? Flip to Morpho and stay flexible if rates move. That’s what makes this update feel mature. It doesn’t decide for you—it hands the duration choice back to the user. The Maturity Watch plus the unified Positions view is the most underrated detail. Expiry pressure used to hit like an alarm clock out of nowhere; now you can actually see your full funding timeline. Lately the community can’t stop talking about “control.” XHUNT’s last 7-day stats show TermMax sitting at 86.7% positive sentiment. People aren’t just chasing APY anymore—they’re praising the certainty of fixed rates, the clean dashboard, Range Orders, and that new feeling of not having to put out fires at the last minute. This shift is bigger than it looks. Most on-chain users used to live in the “today” lane—what’s pumping, what’s the rate, any quick moves? Now with Roll, some are already thinking three months out. That’s not a trading habit anymore; it’s turning into a real money habit. Sure, it’s not perfect yet. We still need more real-world rollover data, rates will keep moving, and there are edge cases like zero-debt positions that can’t roll. The TGE delay frustration is real too, but that’s separate from the product itself. Still, this V2 Roll just turned DeFi’s most ignored stress—from pure expiry panic into something you can actually schedule. With DeFi rotating hard and Bitcoin pulling back a bit, people are craving exactly this kind of certainty. Once users start managing the future properly, fixed-rate lending finally starts feeling like a real credit market. Have you noticed? A lot of us aren’t just asking “is the APY good?” anymore. We’re asking whether this money will still fit in our plans when it comes due.
