Failed2understand why foreign research studies are quoted by Indian doctors. Why don't we have our own studies in our environment. It means @MoHFW_INDIA is less interested in such studies n research. Is it so? @mygovindia @PMOIndia @healthminmp @TelanganaHealth @IMAIndiaOrg

With due respect. I disagree with Dr. I think one can walk as per stamina, physique or whatever limit one's body allows. Not everyone can walk 8000/10000 steps daily. Also one requires good amount of daily sleep (min 6 hrs) for good heart, not to mention avoiding junk food.

Firstly I disagree with him on his insistence of askn people to wear a smart watch which work on Bluetooth & could possibly interfere with our body’s sensory signals & there’s no 1 definite study that says everyone need to walk 10k steps

Rahul, u didn't mention anything about Delhi air quality in ur book "Modi n India"..😊. U crib about everything, what happened during Nehru, Indira n UPA but u have nothing to complain after 2014. If there was a big issue regarding air pollution, u wud hve tagged Modi. Now enjoy

Thanks My story

My daily Average

Cancer has become an epidemic, treatment is unaffordable. I am going through it right now. Most diagnosed patients are late or by chance. Spread awareness if you can.

As always, Shetty avare gives another good advice. But, walking while talking is bad. People should focus on one thing at a time. Seen cellphone speakers being nuisance to others whenever they speak and walk.

Yes exactly, the greatest health risk in Delhi and most of north India is sitting on our behinds not breathing in the toxic air. Exactly the problem we need to be talking about. On the money like always 👏

Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours of walking..Difficult to practice..

Dr Devi Shetty is 💯✅ but how to motivate people especially the white collar workers to make them buy a smart watch and then make them walk 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day.

Dr. Devi Shetty’s warning hits hard — sitting all day is the new smoking; move more, live longer. ❤️ #HeartHealth #DeviShetty

One has to walk for about 1.0 hr to cover anywhere between 5000 to 8000 steps.

Why can’t this doctor talk about covid vaccines? Which is main reason

Yr qns triglycrides?. I ustnd insulin resistance is a big factor for diabetes, CVD, PCOS etc. TGL/HDL beyond 2 indicate insulin resistance. Reducing carbohydrates lowers TGL. Pl interview @shashiiyengar for more

Don't push the research papers done on American test subjects on Indian people. They use cars for shopping, we walk kilometres for shopping

Ask this Cardiologist of living in AQI 500??

.why he is always in his uniform of a surgeon. i find this as an act/facade, why cant he change his uniform and sit for an interview.

American journal is quoted in Bharat because we're becoming more American than Americans sitting here. Opened this video 🤔 it is about dangers of 🚬, it's contribution in polluting D environment bt nobody talks abt it. A smoker uses around 6-7 🚬 per day. @JPNadda @MinistryWCD

Smart watch is not mandatory, your phone can count your steps as well .

Just a correction.. Dr Devi Shetty is a cardio thoracic surgeon not a cardiologist.. There is a huge difference..

Sir please share YouTube link if possible

Description doesn't match with the content of the video. He's explaining about the benefits of walking while you tried to sensationalize your post by talking about some silent ki€€er, which is "JUST AS BAD AS $MOKING". Pathetic 😏

Rubbish. Once we sing the full stanza of Vande Mataram we will get clean air back.

First sensible message you have shared your whole professional life

Smartwatches are absolutely essential only if your phone suddenly forgot how to count 10k steps.

It was a good discussion, more info the better. Being pioneers in the cardio health they should also ideate, innovate and make the treatment can be made affordable to common people, today people die more worrying about the prohibitive cost of treatment than the disease..

You forgot to mention Modi s name

In d interview he cites obesity weightloss drug under supervision by an endocrinologist. Pls see what Dr Robert Lustig, endocrine neurologist has to say

B.. sheet

A patient with weak heart will collapse if he follows this advice

@RShivshankar Pls post the YouTube link for this interview
